IF YOU WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO BE USED BY OTHERS, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! I received an email from Walgreens Pharmacy stating that my prescription was ready but I never dropped a prescription off. I have not gone to the doctors nor did I need to, at all this year. I spoke with the pharmacist and she asked me “so you didn’t go to the doctors today?” To which I responded with, “no, not today not this year” she then asked “so you didn’t send a bald guy with tattoos?” And I said, “no I did not”. This pharmacy was in Lakewood, I do not live in LA County nor do I go there for a pharmacy. The pharmacist gave me the name and number of the doctor and it is DR. Ronald Baumgartner. He wrote a prescription to a patient using my information and passing as myself. I called today and the receptionist said “We verified it was you”. How can my information be verified without my social, ID, and birth certificate?!?! This place is a fraud and they allow people to use your information to get the medical attention they need…and who knows what else. They violate HIPAA and they believe they are in the right with using other people’s information to use up the benefits for their own benefit. DO NOT GO OR TRUST THIS FRAUDULENT ESTABLISHMENT! SHAME ON YOU DR. RONALD BAUMGARTNER FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN!!!! YOU ARE A FRAUD WHO SUPPORTS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES!!!!!!

Very good place my husband is going thru his cancer treatment, Dr Ron and Nurse Kim and Lynn are very nice and very polite.. Front office Celine very helpful and respectful.. definitely recommend to go Everyone in the oficie are very helpful good people from nurse to radiology tech and ultrasound.

I was supposed to see Doctor afrashabbi and waited about 40 minutes which doesn’t even make sense for what I was there for and since nobody else was there. In the middle of waiting, I seen the doctor himself, next thing I knew I’m seeing the two MA’s in the front getting scolded over slow business?? I knew this place wasn’t good by the looks and then seeing that just made me get up and leave. Made my appointment somewhere else and will not be coming back here again. The MA’s do a good job, it’s the doctors scaring people off.

This review is about Christina at the front desk And who answered the phone when I called she was so kind thoughtful and very helpful. And when my daughter had to go in with her broken ankle she asked for Christina and Christina was so Thoughtful compassionate and caring. And when I had to call back today to take care of some things again we asked for Christina and again she was so kind extremely helpful very thoughtful and understanding and compassionate. With 5 children who are all adults now I have dealt with many doctors offices and I must say Christina a lot of them could take lessons from you. So my daughter and I want to thank you With all our hearts for your kindness consideration thoughtfulness compassion understanding And all your help we appreciate you more than words can ever say. And because of you and Dr. Ronald Baumgartner who also showed such kindness thoughtfulness and compassion we give this Google review 5 stars God bless you Christina and Doctor Baumgartner And again thank you very much for Everything.

Not a doctor’s office that you would like to bring your self. Just went to get my eye checked as it was really badly infected. As per google they open at 10am I was there around 10:05 and no one was in the whole building waiting for 10 minutes and the front desk girl came and when I asked her to sign me up she said the doctor doesn’t come till 12. I was like why it says open at 10 if there is no one to treat patients. And she was like I know but he comes at 12. I had to leave and went to different urgent care. Never going there again.
