I was blown away by how clean and modern this place is. There's not much of a customer service situation because you sign your self in by using a tablet they have in the front, and then you get a link to upload and fill out all your information. There is free WiFi available! However, don't let lack of human interaction in the front turn you away because the staff is amazing. Our news Christopher is amazing. He listen an asked all the right questions and makes you feel heard. Dr. TOM VU, was also kind and through, helped figure out why my daughter had an unbreakable fever, and now she's on the mend. Glad we found this place.

Provider, nurse, and medical assistant were polite, courteous, and well educated in the health sciences. World-class, patient-centered customer service. Easy access and availability with a number of different locations within reasonable proximity to each other all over Southern California. Appointments until 6:45pm for those of you who work a 9-5. Highly recommend. Much appreciated. Thank you.

The wait time is LONG even when patient has appointment, expect to be waiting over an hour after the appointment time before being seen. Lobby was packed when I arrived, & I stood outside to wait. I had 10 patients ahead of me in line. PRO: I do like that the clinic has a waitlist showing on the TV and website. And staff are nice, but they are so busy that there’s nothing staff can do to get patient in sooner. I canceled my appointment and left after waiting over an hour.

The front office staff was nice, but, my medical assistant was very caring and so helpful, she listened to all my concerns and treated me with respect. The practitioner was also caring and very profesional, I did wait about 1: 15 "very seldom happens" but it is always worth coming here. For sure, very clean place love it 😊

Great staff all around and clean facility. Check-in process was fast and easy when schedule an appointment. Tom and Lana are beyond helpful, can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend this location.
