I won’t bore you with my story but I appreciate a not only friendly office but a staff that is so good at their job. Very nice staff, listened and cared, also blood draw was great. And I was having my blood drawn at a whole other company almost every week and this is one of the best draws I’ve had from a lovely lady. The guy who came in and saw me, Abraham, Took extra care to confirm with his boss about my treatment. Very good experience and honestly they’re hard to come by from what I have experienced.

If you’re somewhat poor and don’t got money or insurance/medical coverage then you’re treated like if you just have money and think you must be rich or something. If hey will charge you $290 bucks come right out from the top for the visit and if X-ray is needed you fill babe charged for each photo shot they take and on top of that they claim to have a cd of your X-ray made for you and come to find out it’s blank. I call d to see if I was able to go get a copy of my dray that I hade paid for and they said I wasn’t able to get it because that is for the doctors to see not you so I didn’t even get to see my X-rays at all when I paid cash for them , completely waste of time and money. If that was the case then why didn’t they cover X-ray charges with the $290 I just spent that would of made more sense or have the doctor pay for it since he is the only one who gets to see them. They be milking people if you continue to stay there any longer than you need to. Man just leave

I went in for a severe persistent cough, sore throat and thick,yellow mucus discharge. The nurse was kind. The male doctor was creepy! He tried to touch my rear end, and my lower stomach! I only had some type of infection in my upper chest ,sinuses and throat! My " sacred parts " are ON LIMITS "!!! NO ONE IS EVER, EVER ALLOWED TO TOUCH MY " SACRED PARTS"!!! I firmly pushed his hands OFF! He made the excuse " It's part of the exam ". I angrily told him off! And warned him not to do THAT again! He tried to touch me inappropriately and I shoved him HARD!!! I left and complained about his misconduct. The nurses made the same excuses that creepy " doctor " made! I left to get the " medicine " prescribed. That " doctor " FLATLY REFUSED antibiotics for my infection!!! He prescribed " cough pills, pain pills and a throat spray NOT COVERED BY MY HEALTH PLAN!!! I refused the " medication " . I am STILL sick! Cough is a little better, throat still sore and yellow mucus discharge still coming out my nose and mouth. Praying that I can get a better health clinic and get antibiotics to FINALLY clear up this infection! I have been sick for an ENTIRE MONTH NOW! AVOID THIS CLINIC!! Bad service and creepy male " doctors " who think they are " entitled " to female patients!!! God bless you and have a blessed day 🙏 Ariel Quinn ☘️

The staff and provider were very kind and thorough. We did have about a one hour wait as a walk-in, but overall the care was good and we felt well taken care of.

Since the last time I visited here, they have updated their waiting room with self-check in that is simple & easy, the wait room is cleaner and well organized. People in front were welcoming. Their system is updated to a more detailed and efficient system. It made the whole process painless and easy to receive care. My nurse was exceptionally kind and friendly so I felt at ease and the PA who provided care was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my illness. I highly recommend this Urgent Care, for they are easy to locate, have ample parking, clean facilities, highly efficient processes, and quality care with a smile.
