My waiting time in the lobby and in the room was less than 10 minutes. The admitting staff was kind and friendly. Dr Arel was very thorough and direct in asking follow up questions about my concerned physical status. I was out from the office in no time.

Dr. Culver was kind, caring and thoroughly answered my questions. Intake took forever. Like an hour of waiting. Had to fill out 30 pages of health history when I just needed help with my foot. Not enough seating in lobby but the doc visit was great.

They are very friendly and professional. Both the staff and doctor make you feel Comfortable and answer any questions or concerns you might have.

The service provided is evidence of overworked staff in an under developed facility with poor maintenance of equipment and treatment of personal medical information. You are greeted by a terrible infrastructure of a parking lot that is too crowded for the amount of foot traffic in the clinic, causing issues with patients finding parking in a timely manner in order to make it to their appointment on time. The back to back bookings does not allow for practioners to provide quality care, instead, you are rushed through your care while they begrudgingly tell you that they can barely manage so you just have to "keep going" on your practical exercise until there is a window for them to tend to you. Every time you are given a new task, it comes off of a checklist that is clearly predetermined for any patient dealing with similar pain. No scans are provided, even when they have been completed weeks in advance, and they go off what you say in the office - never speaking to the doctor in the same organization who referred you to come PT. You are always asked the same question no matter how many times you answer it, somehow it is never documented..."how did you get injured", "where are you injured". These are simple intake questions, even after provided, the information serves zero purpose in the entirety of your visits. If you are looking to waste your co-pay and work on below subpar workouts for your pain, then this organization is the best type of care for you. The worst part is, the actual Healthpointe organization itself is merely operating on keeping you injured so that you keep coming back. The initial visit with the Orthopedic Surgeon in Garden Grove with Dr.Dizay appeared routine and she was attentive until you leave her sight. Then you just go through the motions of the xray and they just let you out with no clear instructions except the immediate obscure scheduling of PT without ever seeing my scans? And a follow-up in 8 weeks? Even after I said I have pain that keeps me awake? I was sent of with medication subscriptions even when I said I don't want to use pain medication as the ultimate solution. On top of that, an MRI was ordered but instructions on how or where that would take place for weeks on end. A nerve test was also "ordered" but when I called the Garden Grove office, they said I can't have it until after my follow-up. The doctor ordered it just like the MRI, so I am confused why I couldn't complete an order from the doctor. Nothing really made sense in that office, but I definitely witnessed the countless errors of staff leaving your health documents in the open, no sense of privacy. It is also clear that they have funds for improvement with their investment in Ai taking notes for their calls, per the recording but it's unlikely that medical improvements would be the case. I have cancelled all my appointments and moved on to an actual specific knee specialist who can treat the issues already cause from my PT visits. The moment I was told I would be charged to receive an email for my appointment confirmation, that was a red-flag. I can be certain the organization will read this and feel the need to defend, but they themselves would probably not even use their own services, if they are human enough to see the flaws.

Love Dr. Perez. She is wonderful, caring, patient, willing to find a way to help me with my hands and with a beautiful smile. Best doctor ever!!
