I’ve been there many times and it’s always been satisfying. Clean, friendly staff, and good doctors. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that’s normal for any place. Some days we waited just 10 minutes; the longest was 1–1.5 hours. The doctors always examine you thoroughly and ask a lot of questions to understand the root cause

I arrived around 1:10 pm and waited nearly an hour before needing to leave briefly to pick up my daughter. I confirmed with the front desk that I could hold my place in line, and they assured me it was fine. When I returned about 20 minutes later, I checked back in, but several patients who arrived after me were called before I was. Even after asking for an update, I was told I was “almost next.” I finally got called around 3:20 just for vitals, then sent back out to wait again. By 3:30, I decided to leave. The lack of honesty and communication from the staff was incredibly frustrating. If leaving means losing your spot, they should clearly say so. My time was completely wasted

Show me in an emergency situation when my doctor would not prescribe me my medication and so I went to urgent Care and they were more than happy to take care of my medical needs and my medication needs recommended nice staff clean facility and very helpful.

We take our kiddos here and my husband appreciates the prompt service and the time they take listening to his concerns. I took off one star because I had a different experience on the weekend when I took my son. I'm guessing we saw a nurse practitioner. He asked a question but didn't listen to my answer before asking something else. "Did he have a fever? Did you even take his temperature?" All in the same breath. Of course I took his temperature. My son is 10 and very shy. He tried telling the doctor in his own words how he felt and the doctor didn't let him finish either. If we ever need care during the weekend we will be sure to visit elsewhere. But excellent service during the week!

You know what I feel like it's hit or miss at this location. The doctors are always good. I have no complaints there. It's always the front staff that I have an issue with. I already filed a complaint on the lady manager. This was last year. But when I saw her again after that she was as pleasant as can be :) So last week I went in and there were two MA's at the front desk One was a heavy set girl and another lady. They were very very cool, respectable and professional.We even laughed and joked. This was either 8/26 or the 27th. Fast forward I walk in to ask a question. Their were two MAs at the front desk. One being the heavy set girl who usually helps so I appreciate her and then there was this rude one who look at you crazy when you come in. She doesn't greet you or anything. She was very lucky I didn't cuss her out cuz I needed my questions answered. She worked Friday 8/29/25 and she looked so unmotivated like she didn't want to help the patients. She didn't even really want to answer my question with a weird look on her face. So the heavy set girl next to her she started answering my question so I just turned on my attention to her. But the young lady that was with her on Friday 8/29/25 is horrible. You guys should not have her at the front desk. You are indeed gonna keep getting complaints. I thought the MA's at Dr Wu office were rude. But this lady had nothing on them. once I find out her name I will update the post and include it.
