Had a wonderful experience! Front desk were so friendly and caring! Called back right away and was seen by NP within minutes. My nurse Hilary what an awesome nurse! Caring and always smiling makes you feel at ease and cared for. Hilary will make an excellent nurse if she wants to pursue more. Thank you for caring!🙏🏼

Hilary Gensis is amazing! She’s incredibly patient and has the best attitude—she was cheerful on the phone and even better in person at the counter. If you want great service, go see her!

I hate coming here because they insist my insurance doesn’t work or they can’t find it or it says inactive. But when I pull my info up in my phone to show them I do in fact have amazing insurance all of a sudden they find it and it works. The girl up front who helped me today was super nice I know its not her fault but super annoying coming here and always being told my insurance doesn’t work or show up until I have to pull it up on my phone and they miraculously find it or it works in their computer.

It’s a really bad service. The lady in the front desk was so rude. It was looking like she was gonna pay for my bill asking questions about the sickness of my daughter in a very rude way after put us inside the room and hold us for more than one hour and nobody came into the room when I said that they were taking too long and I said I was gonna come in another day. She was very Very ugly. She didn’t even try to say something at least to clear why they were taking so long no recommend to take your kids not even for personal.

I’ve been coming to OC Urgent Care for about 4 years now, and I was honestly a little sad to find out that Dr. Wu is no longer with the office. He really knew my medical history and my son Eric’s conditions well. I wasn’t sure what to expect with someone new, but I have to say, Dr. Genesis truly exceeded my expectations. She was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. She took the time to listen carefully to Eric’s concerns about his elbow after a fall and made both of us feel completely comfortable. Her bedside manner was so warm and genuine that it immediately put my worries to rest. I’m really grateful we were able to meet her, and I can confidently say we’ll continue coming back because of her! I also want to give a huge shoutout to Hillary (aka “Hello Kitty Girl”) at the front desk! She’s an absolute gem! Anyone who’s been coming here knows it can be hit or miss depending on who’s working the front, but Hillary is hands-down the most professional, friendly, and helpful MA I’ve encountered here. She’s always patient, efficient, and has the best positive energy, plus her Hello Kitty vibe just makes you smile. Thank you, Dr. Genesis and Hillary, for making our visit such a pleasant one! You both represent OC Urgent Care so well, caring, professional, and full of heart. 💖
