Making an appointment here does not mean you have priority to see the doctor. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, and the front desk told me I would need to wait 2 hours. I understand waiting times for walk-ins, and I have no problem with that. But if appointments are offered on the website, they should respect people’s time. Patients don’t come to urgent care for fun—we come because we’re in pain and not feeling well. If appointments don’t matter, that should be clearly stated instead of giving patients false expectations.
