Best Urgent Care experience ever! The facility is beautiful. We were checked in quickly - NO need to compels long forms by hand!! The wait was short and the PA was understanding, professional, accommodating to our request to change pharmacies. We went to a close by urgent care and left cuz the place was sketchy, dirty and smelled of second hand smoke - we checked in and after a few minutes we had a bad feeling and left to Carbon where we had a superior experience!

This service is truly amazing and so valuable. Instead of waiting in long urgent care lines at our primary provider's locations, we've been able to book appointments within 30min of checking several times now. The longest wait we had was 15 minutes, often it's 5 minutes. The service is great, the people are great. No notes, thank you!

DO NOT COME HERE. I went in March 2025 and was advised I had just a co-pay. Now nearly a year later, they are coming after me for the full amount of service. When asked why, they claimed my medical group refused to pay them. When I asked for documentation, I had to spend nearly an hour on the phone over two days to get anything remotely resembling a full production of documents. One document specifically advised they had waited too long to file a claim, and I could not be billed. Yet here we are, nearly a year later, with them coming back for full cost, despite nobody telling me that and the documents reflecting their own paperwork issues, not mine. DO NOT COME HERE. When they screw up they will offload the issue to you.

I am a school psychologist and a data analyst. While writing a report, I noticed severe pain in my left eye. I didn't go to the doctor because they are always crowded! However, I couldn't tolerate the pain any longer. So, I found Carbon Health Urgent Care. The place was easy to find and centrally located in Downtown Long Beach. There were parking spaces available, and the urgent care was clean with friendly staff. Best of all, the wait time was only fifteen minutes, and the prices were very reasonable. Lastly, the NP was knowledgeable, engaging, and had excellent bedside manners! J.B.

The clinic was very helpful today and I was in and out quickly. The NP was extremely caring and handled my illness with the outmost care. The staff was extremely supportive and I appreciate the support afforded me.
