Brought a very sick friend to their urgent care. Was greeted warmly and we were seen quickly. Wow, not what you anticipate?! It remained steadily busy yet the wait for everyone was short. They had the manpower to support the need! 🤯 So very grateful. More over, from reception, intake and the actual doctor, EVERYONE treated us like we were family. They smiled, laughed, and were actively engaged! In our current healthcare crisis; this brand/location’s performance was noteworthy. The doctor was thorough. My friend never felt rushed, appreciated the doctor’s attention to detail, insight and much needed help. So very grateful for this exceptionally positive experience when it was so desperately needed! PS. It’s the holidays and their Grinch decor was next level.

Went to Urgent Care for right wrist skin tear from a rusty object. Dr. Yihune was great! She tended the wound entirely herself. I am on blood thinners so bleeding was an issue. It was so amazing and nice to have first-line treatment and care directly from the physician. She was gentle, kind and reassuring. Considering I was a walk in with no appointment, the wait was not too bad either.

At Urgent Care, Dr Buddiman was knowledge, personable, and fun. My husband has had him before too and is really impressed by him. The Memorial facilities, no matter which, are always sparkling clean! Well managed w very short time waiting--even for walk-ins!

I requested to establish care with Dr. Hirano at the Long Beach office and was informed that his panel may be restricted to new patients. I fully understand that physicians can close their panels. As an existing patient within the MemorialCare system, I was not seeking to join as a brand-new patient but to establish care with this specific provider. What is concerning is that despite multiple documented follow-ups, neither I nor internal staff received a definitive response from the office manager regarding whether my request was approved or declined. A healthcare office should be able to provide a clear yes-or-no answer to a patient seeking care. The absence of any formal response reflects poorly on the administrative process and ultimately led me to transfer my care elsewhere. Patients deserve transparency and timely communication when attempting to establish care.

I had such a great experience during my meet-the-provider visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, which really helped ease any nerves I had. The provider took the time to introduce themselves, listen to my questions, and explain things clearly without making me feel rushed. I appreciated how thorough and patient they were, making sure I fully understood what to expect moving forward. The office itself was clean, organized, and very family-friendly, which gave me even more confidence in choosing this practice. Overall, I left the appointment feeling reassured, informed, and very comfortable knowing my care is in good hands. Highly recommend!
