Super clean super friendly. I got lucky because it wasn’t busy. It’s the least amount of time I’ve spent in an urgent care in my life. Parking was free and easy. They have X-rays- this is my new automatic choice

I just moved to this part of the city and I needed a urgent care to take X-rays of my leg and I’m so happy I found this urgent care! I walked in on a Friday afternoon and I was seen right after I finished filling out my paperwork. It was such a relief that it was a quick visit. The staff was so friendly, it was so refreshing! Front desk/ receptionist was so sweet on the phone and in person. The xray tech was one of those guys that just made you feel good. The nurse practitioner who saw me made my visit so relatable and she was answering all my questions. The facility is beautiful and clean. I found my permanent urgent care! Come and get seen here, you won’t regret it!

Super efficient and smooth process! All the staff was extremely attentive and all interactions were so pleasant. A stark contrast to other urgent care facilities nearby. I am very glad a friend recommended I stop at the Mederi Urgent Care in Western!

I have been absolutely miserable all weekend. It started with influenza and progressed to an ear infection. I finally bit the bullet and decided I needed urgent care. I found them online, was impressed with the reviews, pleased they are about a mile north from where I live in ktown, and called to see if they accept my La Care insurance. (They do!). | arrived shortly thereafter, small very clean building in a strip mall. The NICEST employees I've ever experienced in an urgent care. The girl at the front desk was so kind, communicative, and made me feel welcome. Pedro, my nurse was empathetic, funny, communicative, and made me feel safe with the things we had to do. And the NP (pretty sure her name was Nicole but l'm in a flu haze so I could be wrong) was the first doctor l've ever felt genuinely listened to me, empathized with what I was going through and gave me a clear concise plan of action to help me. I have Gl issues as well so deal with doctors all the time and this was genuinely the best experience l've had in my adult life. So thank you. You will remain my urgent care!
