I had a fantastic experience at YourMD Urgent Care with Dr. Shadi. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout my visit. Dr. Shadi took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain everything, and make sure I felt comfortable with my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about my health and well-being. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, and the clinic was clean and well-organized. Thanks to Dr. Shadini’s attention to detail and excellent bedside manner, what could have been a stressful visit turned into a very positive experience. I highly recommend YourMD Urgent Care and Dr. Shadi to anyone looking for high-quality, patient-centered medical care.

Dr. Payam Shadi is very attentive and very professional, along with his Np, Jane they are both great listeners and they take the time to explain everything clearly. They review your concerns, provide a treatment plan and follow up on how you’re doing. I never fell rushed and that alone is comforting knowing I have their compassion and care. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor please don’t hesitate to go see Dr. Payam Shadi and team.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this urgent care facility and was extremely satisfied with the level of care I received. The staff's ability to see me promptly without an appointment was impressive. Dr. Shadi provided exceptional care, and the nursing staff, particularly Joselyn and Jenny, were friendly and supportive. Additionally, I appreciated the follow-up call from Dr. Shadi two days after my visit, demonstrating a genuine interest in my well-being. Office is very clean. Front desk people are very helpful and patience. Dr Shadi is an excellent doctor. Paid full attention to all my health problems.
