Ke’vann the nurse practitioner was amazing, and that’s an understatement! I had an exceptional experience with my nurse practitioner. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Her professionalism and genuine care for her patients truly stand out. It’s rare to find a healthcare provider who is both highly skilled and so personable. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares about their patients’ well-being. If I could give her 100 stars I would!

This is an OUTSTANDING Urgent Care. Extremely-clean, and very friendly staff. I had an ear packed with hard wax. The two previous ENT doctors I previously saw couldn’t get it out. I was desperate, but didn’t want to go to the ER. So I went to Mederi Urgent Care. They got me in within 10 minutes. The doctor was so incredibly nice. I was super nervous, but he was calming and assured me they could get the wax out. He took time to explain everything to me, and answered all of my questions. His PA was SO kind and very gentle. She told me she was a pro at this, and she would not give up until it was out. After about an hour, SHE FINALLY GOT IT OUT! All my ear pain is gone, and I can hear again thanks to Mederi Urgent Care!!! It’s great to know that Mederi is right down the street from me in case I need help in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my recent visit to this urgent care! From the moment I walked in feeling terrible, the staff was efficient and kind, but what really stood out was my provider, Vahe, PA. He was absolutely phenomenal. He took his time with a thorough and professional examination, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt heard. When I had a strong reaction to the pain medicine injection and nearly passed out, Vahe was incredibly attentive and stayed right with me. He monitored me closely, reassured me, and made sure I was stable before moving forward. His calm, caring demeanor turned a scary moment into one where I felt genuinely safe and well-cared for. Vahe is knowledgeable, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to his patients. In a world where healthcare can sometimes feel rushed, he went above and beyond to provide excellent care. I left feeling so much better physically and emotionally, knowing I was in great hands. If you need urgent care, do yourself a favor and ask for Vahe — he’s the real deal! This place just earned a loyal patient for life. Highly, highly recommend!

Last week my eye was accidentally exposed to 70% isopropyl alcohol. The pain was extremely intense and unbearable. I tried rinsing it with tap water, but very little water was actually getting into the affected eye. I quickly went to San Feliz Urgent Care for help. The front desk staff welcomed me politely, and within about five minutes I was taken to an examination room. A nurse named Lluvia came in shortly afterward, introduced herself, and carefully asked me to explain what had happened. She checked my blood pressure, temperature, and current medications. She was very professional and reassuring. Soon after, Vahe Khachikyan, PA, and Anna Duduyan, NP, came in and introduced themselves. For every step of the treatment, they clearly explained what they were doing, why it was necessary, and what I might feel. Anna Duduyan applied lidocaine drops to numb my eye and relieve the pain so they could properly examine and irrigate it. The doctor then used a special eye-irrigation device to flush the eye several times, and the nurse practitioner continued the irrigation afterward. The doctor then turned off the room lights and used a device that produces blue light to carefully check for corneal scratches, surface damage, or chemical burns. Fortunately, none were found. He prescribed Maxitrol eye drops for seven days to prevent inflammation and possible infection. I followed the instructions exactly, and now my eye is completely back to normal. Vahe Khachikyan, PA, Anna Duduyan, NP, and Lluvia, the nurse, were all very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Excellent staff and great care. I am very grateful for their help.

I came right at opening and was seen soon. The nurse was lovely, the provider however was extremely short, stayed to talk to me for less than 5 minutes and was bordering on rude. I’ve had good experiences at this urgent care before but today was not one of them. The provider also did not update my online chart with any of the results she talked about.
