I had a very positive experience at this urgent care office. Dr. Robinson was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for throughout my visit. I also want to thank the entire staff for their kindness, efficiency, and friendly attitude. From check-in to discharge, everyone was helpful and made the experience as smooth as possible. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this urgent care to others. Thank you, Dr. Robinson and staff!

Pretty rude staff, unprofessional and unorganized staff. As I was walking away from the front desk I heard the workers at the desk talking about my height (im very short for my age) and I know it was about me because when they had my id that listed my height they said it aloud. I think I also heard them make a comment about my shoes or something else. Then when talking with one of them again I heard the others start talking about pimples, which I had one at the time. This one could just be timing but I kind of doubt it based on the height thing. Where they take your height, weight, blood pressure and so on, is near the front desk. Which is fine but before or after my height was taken and announced aloud other front desk members started laughing and through out taking my blood pressure were talking and laughing with the person doing so. Again this last part could be timing and they werent listening in, again im not sure considering the earlier things. Earlier they were also complaining about co workers I think. Overall just not a very welcoming and comfortable place. Talking with doctor Onofre went well but I wish he wouldve been more informative when telling me what he was going to send to my pharmacy besides just that he was going to send stuff there. After I was done talking with him he asked the front desk for which pharmacy I wanted things sent to then they asked me. Pretty unorganized because I wrote it down on two different papers, one of which was im pretty sure on his clipboard. Also the front desk clerk asked me some general questions before I was seen by the doctor and when asking about allergies I told them I had none but cant take pills, which I think would be written down for others notes but when I then told the doctor I told them when they were writing stuff down he said he saw no note of it. When I was looking at the discharge document I was sent they had wrote down the height on my id which was shorter than the id they said aloud to me. This is the first place ive seen where you cant schedule an appointment over the phone and need to go their site which isnt that bad but when I went to it on two different browsers I got a pop up on how their site isnt protected. Ive also never seen that on any kind of site like this. If you do decide to go here I recommend doing as much as you can in person so you dont have to upload your id or medical card. Ive seen other reviews where someone said they were still billed even though they gave their medical card and when they called back about it the person on the phone just said it didnt get entered in their system. Then another about how someone at the front desk didnt know how to test blood pressure and had to have another co worker do it for them, that patient said they had bruises on their arm from how tight it was. Two others to mention are a doctor making weird jokes with someone's girlfriend and another person said that a doctor held their kid down to look in their throat instead of trying any other way first. I know all of these arent my reviews but I honestly recommend going somewhere else and if you do go here keep checking to make sure they didnt accidently bill you. Other places I was going to check out were One Community Health and Urgent Care Now

I had an excellent experience at Aims + Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. Check-in was smooth, wait time was minimal, and the medical team actually listened instead of rushing me through like a number. The provider was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment plan before I left. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and calm—exactly what you want when you’re not feeling your best. If you’re looking for urgent care that combines speed, competence, and real human compassion, this is the place. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and I highly recommend Aims Urgent Care to anyone who needs quality care without the ER chaos.

Got to the office at 11am, walked out because of how packed it was booked an appointment online for 12pm came back to be told the doctor has to go on lunch (30mins) which is completely understandable, they said they'd call so I came back at 12:40 still no doctor. Sat and waited to be called back finally at 1:40 and still waiting to be seen. They take walk in before taking online bookings which pushes you further back in que. you can hear everything going on in the room next to you. Can hear them leaving and doctoring entering the same room. Obviously skipping me AGAIN! doesn't make sense to book online when others are being seen first as walk ins. Expect to wait 3 hours + seems they are understaffed. Heard the doctor tell a baby couldn't be older then (2yrs) next time not to cry. Still waiting 2:30 pm the doctor came in and spoke to me for 2 minutes and left. I have Rsv and they said I can still go into work . I’ve been coughing up blood but they don’t seem to worry bout it what so ever. RIDICULOUS better off going to an ER.
