Doctor was SO nice, easy to make appointment - BUT we are mid flu season and it’s a very serious variant this year. The lady at the front desk wasn’t masked which I thought was weird since she interacts with sick people all day… but then a lady walks in doubled over and coughing and sniffing and says she has the flu. She’s at the front desk and there is a box of masks RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. The person working the desk could have easily asked her to put a mask on, but no. She didn’t say a word. I’m immunocompromised and had to stand masked in the corner because I can’t afford to have the flu on top of the reason I came in. It’s not hard. If someone is visibly symptomatic the day before Christmas coughing with fluids all over their face, ask them to put on a fricking mask. And ALSO, the lady working at the desk had no mask on or care about it. I had to go up and speak with her right afterwards, and that’s exactly how these things spread. And ironically, that’s exactly why people are coming in for treatment. Because of literal behavior that this establishment is practicing themselves. It was unreal to watch.

This facility, the nurse is the receptionist, etc. all do an exceptional job. Everyone is exceptionally professional, and I’d like to put kudos in for Dr Lichte as she is the best doctor I’ve ever had.. Recently, she has helped me with my hypothyroidism and after three months of treatment, I’m starting to think clear feel better sleep better, etc.! Thank you so much, Dr Lichte!

Went in to have a large sprinter taken out of my middle finger. I had asked if they do this type of thing and was told yes. When I got in to see the doctor, was told they don’t have Novocain and could not help me. It was a total waste of time! The doctor said that the person that usually was at the front desk was out that day and they had a replacement for their regular person. After much pain, yesterday I was finally able to get it out myself no thanks to your organization.

Excellent! We needed help with wound care. The physician's assistant was available right away. She not only took care of the wound and rebandaged it, but she gave us important information on how to do it ourselves and keep the wound sanitary. After that, we had a flu vaccine. Since we are Sutter members, there was no charge. Couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of our needs.

Made appointment on myhealth app. First available appointment was in 30 minutes. I scheduled that appointment, drove to the clinic, checked in, saw the practitioner, and was evaluated and treated within 20 minutes. So fast and efficient! Definitely recommend.
