I went to Sutter Walk In West Sacramento Town Center Plaza, showed up 50 minutes before they closed. There were 0 patients in waiting and rooms were empty so you could see and hear them cleaning up the rooms for the day. This was a return visit and I just needed a refill for a skin condition. They told me they were ‘booked up’ for the day and refused to see me even with no patients in office. It was obvious they were trying to leave early. I drove 25 minutes for so I could see the same physician. I will NEVER return to this walk in after this and do not recommend them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I scheduled an appointment online and arrived at the location on time and was promptly seen. Location is very clean and everyone was very professional. I really like this walk in clinic and would love to see more around Sacramento.

I was desperate to be seen on Saturday with my barky cough and chest filling up with gunk! WS Urgent Care had closed, and I wasn't clear on parameters of Walk in Care. Couldn't get an answer by phone, so I walked in first. Clinician agreed to see me, and there was room and time for me. I am so grateful to get care before my Primary MD was back at work. Professional, all clean, all my computer history in place! I had to go elsewhere for a chest xray, but I am so grateful for this service vs ER.

This was my first time going to this location. It is half a mile from my home, which is a great convenience for my family. They don't provide all services, but if you call and ask them they will let you know what they can do or not do for you. I took my daughter in because she was feeling sick and the nurse practitioner saw her, examined her, and gave us some advice. She also did a COVID test in the office on her. I'm glad she did that because my daughter was very nervous about getting the swab up her sinuses. The facility is clean, modern, and the staff are very nice.

The gals at the front desk and MAs were very friendly. When I was seen by the NP here, I felt incredibly dismissed. After describing my symptoms that I'd had for 3 weeks, all the meds I'd been on that did not help, and and requesting something stronger/better to help with a persistent cough that was causing an immense amount of pain, I left the clinic at the exact same spot I was before I came in. The NP promised he would try his best to prescribe a certain medication, and if he was not able to, he would speak with a colleague to see if they would be able to. When I checked my after visit summary and his notes, he noted that "patient declined" this medication, which is a blatant lie. Furthermore, he simply prescribed the exact same medications my PCP prescribed that have been ineffective at resolving the symptoms I came in for. The kicker is that I ended up in the ER two days later because he failed to listen to my concerns. All the coughing caused rib cage pain, cartilage inflammation, lung and airway inflammation and irritation, and shortness of breath. The ER physician said that had I been prescribed the specific medication I went into this clinic for and the cough was suppressed properly, I would not have ended up in the ER.
