Was sick this morning and was easily able to schedule an appointment. The office waiting room had only 3 chairs and was dirty. The front desk employee was super nice, friendly, and attentive. I did not wait more than 15 minutes. The medical assistant was nice and attentive. When she swabbed my throat she did not put the swab in a vile and did not remove her gloves before walking out with the sample. She picked up her iPad with the gloves and sample in hand and walked out. This is unsafe if the sample has viruses or bacteria. Place the sample in a secure tube, remove the soiled gloves, wash hands, then exit the room. She did not dispose of the tongues depressor properly which got stuck on the rim of the trash can. The bathroom also had no soap!! Employees need soap!!! Everything else was great. Cleanliness needs work, it’s literally a medical office…

Easy to get an appointment. Knowledgeable on providers. Fast to be seen. Thorough & asks good questions! Makes me feel comfortable & I didn’t even have to ask for a doctor’s note, they did it automatically! So good! They also got me a med so I can feel better soon. It was at my pharmacy before I left UC.

This was my second visit, and once again, my experience was nothing short of amazing. When I called during the day, I spoke with Yesenia, who kindly confirmed that my health insurance was accepted. That was a huge relief, especially since I was in a lot of pain and didn’t want to drive around needlessly. Both Yesenia and Jenevive were polite, helpful, and attentive as I prepared to see the Nurse Practitioner. The NP (I’ll get her name later) was incredibly knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel judged, even when I mentioned that I had gained 20 pounds and was struggling with my weight again. When I arrived, there were three patients ahead of me, but I was still taken back in a timely manner. My time with the NP was not rushed at all, which made the entire experience feel personal and thorough—something I haven’t always encountered at other clinics. The room felt a little warm, though I think that had more to do with how I was feeling at the time than the actual temperature. From the quality of information provided to the cleanliness, timeliness, and service, I give this clinic a 10 out of 10.

I had a great experience at this urgent care facility! Each and every staff member was kind, respectful, professional, and helpful. I felt well cared for. Wait time was a bit long, but other than that it was excellent!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Highly Recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care Carbon Health Urgent Care is an amazing place. The staff truly take care of you from the moment you walk in, and the wait time is very reasonable. I walked in feeling terrible, but left feeling so much better thanks to the treatment and attention they provided. Their care meant a lot to me, and I’m genuinely grateful for how quickly they helped me feel relief. I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family if they ever need urgent care. Excellent service, friendly staff, and real results. Highly recommended!
