The staff were nice and helpful, but parking in this area is a nightmare. Even though I provided my license plate to the front desk, I still got a parking ticket fine and had to go to their office to clear it up. In the future, I'll just pay for the $3/hour parking instead of relying on the front desk. The 4 star is for the parking situation.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful for my physical and drug test. I didn't have to wait super long even though I didn't have an appointment and came at lunch time. They clearly communicated the likely total time it would take and their estimate was very accurate. The whole process was smooth.

Walk-in for pre-employment drug testing. Front desk staff were efficient and thoroughly competent, if not terribly friendly. The wait time was over an hour, and though I did not pee my pants while waiting, it was only by minutes. I have never been so happy to hear my name called from a waiting room! The person who took my urine sample was also quick, efficient and competent, and slightly more personable than the front desk staff. The sample was processed quickly and my new employer got results same-day. Very grateful to have this done and over with, but seems like they would do well with more staff members - though they were not friendly, it was understandable. They were all professional and clearly handling a heavy case load. Would go back if I had to, but not in a hurry to return.

Here for a urine lab. I arrived 950am. It 1035 and I haven't been seen. I told the tech.she reported 30 more min. 2 people before me.is this urgent care? I have to go to the restroom they are backlogged in seeing people for various reason. Taking a long time cespecially those that have to use the restroom.

This place has no business listing themselves as an urgent care facility. This place is solely for employer health screenings and work comp injuries. I walked in at 9 am with an actual medical need, I was told I was looking at a 2 hr wait. I agreed since I was desperate to be seen. After an hour and a half I was called back and triaged and told I needed to wait for a room to open up but should only be a few minutes. I waited an additional 40 minutes in the lobby and then be told it would be another hour!! Also you have to validate your parking every 2 hours at this location. I left and took my chances at the ER. Horrible service and they even collected my copay which I won’t be getting back. What a complete waste of time! I was literally the only one with an actual medical need and was put to the back of the line for employee drug screenings!!
