The staff were really nice. The way things were done though was awkward. For example, getting my blood pressure taken right next to another patient was weird. Also taking a urine sample then coming out of the bathroom with it in my hand and two patients in the room looking at me hold it. The way my blood pressure was taken was wrong. I had long sleeves on, blood pressure is to be taken on bare arms. Also my arm is supposed to be at mid chest or heart level otherwise you will probably get a in accurate reading. I got another reading, and my a was hanging when it was taken. Sorry it was a weird experience, never seen anything like that before. But that being said the staff were really nice!

It is a waste of an entire day. Very unorganized & the staff do not conference about patients. You see at least 2-3 different medical employees & they do not know who they are treating because they see a large number of patients for the amount of staff they have. Even when you advocate for yourself to not get a TB skin test the main provider will still want you to get it. I had inflammation immediately after the serum was injected in & another physician stated for me to get the x-ray done but I was told to leave & come back in 48-72 hours. Now that area is swollen, blistering & I have a really had headache & have a fever. I called & they said to go to the ER & come back the next day. Definitely not a good place to go if they do not listen to their patients.

The wait is very long but my Nurse Julian was cool as hell. Really made the experience enjoyable with no pain and easy conversation. Waiting room is small and I would clear my day and come early in the morning cause the wait time can be unpredictable.

I was injured at work so i was here in concentra, the old doctor was very good, she listen to me very carefully, even she knows my pain in wrist, but the new doctor release me for full work even i told them that i m in pain, then again i make an emergency appointment with them, the another new doctor was there and he also do the same thing. Now my employer wants doctor note for accommodation, and they don’t provide to me. I got a shot of steroid in my wrist by hand specialist and he told me if this will work then you are ok to do full work, if not you need to come back here fr surgery, the injection give relief for one month and now pain again starts. Same thing i tell to new doctor they can’t understand. They close my case and i am very frustrated now.

The Staff were very Professional and well mannered. I appreciate them notifying me that they don’t understand why my company are authorizing them to give me test that are not required by DOT physical and drug test?
