¹First of all... a big sign that says "no pictures" so why ask for them? But over all I was very impressed. Short wait time. Very nice staff. Best thing is that I was told they needed me to give samples of urine and blood. They did them both right there and I did not have to go to Quest and wait days later for the results. The only delay was when I was told that I would get a call back the next day with my blood results, but it was two days instead. So good job.😃

They were ok. I was upset on discharge when I asked if was getting pain medication to help manage the pain from fractured ankle. They told me nothing in my discharge papers at all till my pharmacy called me I days later that they had prescription from dr. That Discharged me. podiatry is joke at dignity health, they leave incoherent messages to call them back at they end service day and when call back you back following Monday only time can see you is following week on Tuesday at there discretation. When you can't drive and need time find some one take you with not enough time is joke. If you have knee replacement or anything with orthopedic in nature go to sutter health, uc davis, or kaiser. Dignity only good for heart care and urgent care. The rest is joke.

Great experience every time! The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors have always treated us with kindness and patience. My family has received exceptional care with thorough appointments (including tests/labs/X-rays when needed). When medication is required, it has been prescribed, but is not something used as a quick fix - which I greatly appreciate. Parking is a bit limited in front of the building and the lot across the street isn’t bad (always has space when we have gone). The facility is also well kept and both the waiting and exam rooms have always been very clean. Highly recommend if you are in need of urgent/same-day care.

Dr. Tariq was soooo nice while staying efficient in our conversation. Please have her train other doctors on tone. Downside/upside: The wait between conversations while I was in the exam room was so long (about 90 mins total) that I got a lot of progress into the book I was reading.

I came in for an acute abdominal issue that had happened the day before and overnight. The waiting area was completely empty at 0800 when I checked in, I was seeing immediately, and out within 2 hours. Dr Pierce is exceptional. She was thorough patient and took the time to explain her thinking and the next steps and follow up needed to me. I was really stressed out when I went in and felt much more at ease when I left. Highly recommend!
