I wasnt able to get an appointment before I came and they were going to schedule me an appointment for about 3 hrs later. I was a little downtrodden as I was experiencing a painful sore throat and could barely talk. After hearing me talk, they got me right in somehow. I had tonsillitis and the attending, Laliana there got me a shot of antibiotics, stat. I also took some Tylenol. I was feeling a little better on my way home with a script of antibiotics, pain reliever and instructions for other concerns. This was not my 1st visit there and they have always taken care of me to get me back in shape. Two days later, I am still on the mend, improving everyday. Thank you to the staff there. Their concern for me really showed and my body is the beneficiary. Also received a follow call to make sure instructions were understood

Best to have an appointment to go here they have limited walk in appointments….they made us wait in line for 10 minutes just to tell us that and to go to the ER while my daughter was bleeding all over and crying hysterically and they couldn’t even check us in for the ER…. Typical Kaiser …Also the door locks after 8pm just fyi

I have been transferred here for psych reasons. Generally it is a quick process. I have not had any issues with rude staff (admittedly I am a white female young).

Kaiser membership should come with a complimentary anti anxiety prescription. Literally one of the most evil terrible companies on the face off the planet right up there with Xfinity.
