I recently visited this urgent care clinic and had mixed feelings about the experience. The medical staff took good care of me and were attentive, which I do appreciate. However, the cleanliness of the facility was concerning. The hallway was dirty, the floors did not appear properly cleaned, and the walls especially had visible stains and marks. In an urgent care setting, cleanliness is extremely important, so I hope management takes steps to improve maintenance and sanitation. While I’m thankful for the care I received, the environment definitely needs attention.

OMG! Terrible service! I walked in with severe ear pain knowing I have an ear infection. Wanted to just have a doctor take a look to see if there was something they could help me with. I was greeted by receptionist in the lobby with ZERO people there stating "we are not taking any more patience today". It's 7:34 pm. On the building it states 9am-9pm. She didn't ask any questions, just the statement. The reviews speak for themselves. I hope this place closes or gets different owners. Terrible service!

First... Let me start by saying... Their ratings are low because most people will take the time to complain but not give complements... These people have saved my daughter's life on multiple occasions. Or helped me get her back in a healthy state of being. As well as helped me when I had no other options or recourse for treatment myself. I think people want them to act as the ER with shorter wait times🤯. They do have X-rays ability there but someone has to be there to operate it. Sometimes we go and we have to wait ... Sometimes we go and there is absolutely no wait at all... It all depends on the number of people that go at any given time... They have absolutely no control over that and should not be dinged for something they have no control over.... Who knows when more people will be sick or hurt... Be realistic with your expectations people... Give grace... We always see the same person 98% of the time. She is quick, very thorough and listens to details. And is always available for my oops I forgot about this issues.... They are all very sweet and will go above and beyond for you or anyone that is a patient, and respectful... I have gone in with a bad attitude ( having worked in the medical field I would say that I have qualified to be classified as a difficult patient) and not well on a few occasions and was still treated with kindness, love and respect. The staff here are humans... And they rock... They may make a mistake or two as I have experienced ( again in my very complicated situations) ; but they make efforts to correct the issues... I am not sure why people would expect perfection from humans when AI even makes mistakes. Only Jesus didn't make mistakes... So be sure to treat these people as you would want to be treated... They have gone above and beyond to help my family... I am a Conservator and considered black which has contributed to horrible treatment from many in the medical field due to the complexity of the situation... But here... We are humans, respected and treated as such... My favorite provider didn't feel comfortable filling a prescription for mental health meds for a client. That was 100% understandable as the responsibility falls on them for what they do ... The office isn't a mess in the sense of they are unorganized; however, it does appear that they could hire more detail oriented cleaners. However, that is not on the people you come in contract with during the visit. Having been a professional cleaner... There are levels to cleaning... I was supposed to post this a while ago... But when life is happening you may get distracted... Which is why their ratings are so low. When I locate the list with everyone's name I will update this post... Giving specific shout-outs to the staff individually. But as a Team ... You guys freakin ROCK... Please keep treating people like you guys treat me and my daughter... Even when I am not the nicest person to help... Amen ... 😘😘😘 Or a big chicken when it's a needle involved... lol Love you guys to life and thanks for helping me on so many levels ❣️ We will see you guys soon... I have NEVER seen a roach as I read in the reviews... But y'all... If I see a roach when I come in .... I'm going to miss y'all 🤣😂🤣

Best in the region! For some reason, I've been to 4 Urgent Care centers in various cities this year. This one was the best. I had an x-ray which got reviewed same day and the information was included in the very detailed report. The report had a lot of information that I found helpful. It was not in baby talk. The person who took my history listened and picked up details that made it easier for the doctor to assist me. The doctor heard that the previous medication had not worked and gave different ones. The technician who did the nebulizer heard my offhand comment that my nebulizer at home didn't have a nice mask, so he offered to send this one home with me. In other words, every person was listening carefully, and being very responsive. I found them professional and efficient.

Yesterday, I decided to come to urgent Care since I couldn't get scheduled with my new PCP or even verification of who my new PCP is, basically I've been getting the run around from my Insurance provider after calling them on 3 different occasions! My synptoms had been going on for over 3 weeks, and every single cold/flu home remedy and over the counter remedy did not help me at all! Turns out I didn't have STREP/COVID/Allergies, etc. I have Pharyngitis. I was prescribed an antibiotic for a few days. My symptoms are already improving, and it doesn't hurt like hell to swallow anymore. Had I not gone in, I'd be feeling worse today since the pain was all the way down to my neck where it hurt to laugh or even talk. I'd be at risk of losing my voice again, which can't happen since my job is centered around speaking all day and I return this Monday after 2 weeks off. Since my insurance still hasn't assigned me a provider, I won't even see a Doctor for a long while, so I'm glad that Natomas Urgent Care was able to see me same day. The wait time is pretty long though. I almost thought they forgot about me at one point, but then I was called in. I waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes. So bring a book, a phone, companion or do one of the nice word search puzzles they provide in the lobby. The emergency room wait times are WAY longer than urgent care.
