I have come to this urgent care two times, and by far, this has been the best urgent care I have ever gone to. The support staff are very kind and empathetic concerning your reason for your visit. The doctors are so helpful, kind and try their best to determine the root cause of your issues. Every staff member was so understanding, supportive and made efforts to treat the reason for my visits. I’ve always left feeling reassured and relieved. I have never felt that way at other urgent cares. Also, each time I’ve come, i only had to wait no more than 30 minutes to be seen. That’s quicker than any other urgent care. I certainly recommend this place. The kindness and attention the staff exhibit here is certainly worth the visit.

Make sure you eat before you go because you will be stuck here forever. Just be prepared. It took me 1 hr waiting to be call in then another 30-45 mins waiting in the room for the doctor and this is when it's not that busy. The place is clean and plenty of parking space.

I came to this clinic with a bad cut on my lower leg that would not stop bleeding. The staff really delivered a high-quality health care experience, equal to my usual health provider, UC Davis. From the receptionist, to the nurses and especially Physician's Assistant, Tori, I received high quality care in a timely manner. I highly recommend Sacramento Urgent Care for any emergencies—you'll be treated professionally and with kindness. I will come here again if another health emergency arises.

I prefer coming here over the ER. This urgent care truly takes patients’ time and comfort into consideration. The doctors always perform thorough exams, and their tests provide quick results. They also send prescriptions directly to the pharmacy, which makes the process even easier. It’s my go-to place whenever I’m not feeling well.

During a visit to see my family, I started feeling quite unwell and decided to visit this urgent care facility. I was fortunate to be assisted by a staff member named Mandy, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and accommodating. She patiently addressed all my questions and made me feel genuinely welcomed during my visit. Her attentiveness and compassion were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this urgent care for their excellent service and caring staff.
