Great experience, especially when you’re not feeling great. Friendly staff and clean facility. They were upfront about the wait time, scheduled me an appointment, and saw me at the specified time. I would definitely go again if I needed to be seen same day for non urgent needs.

Great service. It’s that season. You may need to schedule an appointment, as they are full almost every day. I like the way the PA takes time to talk, listen, and understand what’s going on with you. They don’t herd you in and out like cattle. They actually care for and about you with respect.

Every experience I have had with the Sutter walk in clinic in Natomas has been professional and with compassion. I appreciate the kindness and care they put into the helping their patients. I highly recommend making appointments if you can to get the best experience.

Very nice staff. Our healthcare system is broken. It is literally impossible to follow up on line or on phone to contact someone at the clinic. You get an 800 number and leave a message and hope it reaches someone. Terrible system. I want to chat with or message or speak with someone directly. Making that impossible, is a shame on our system. Seniors with no access to tech are disabled by this system.

Staff noticed we had two appointments for two different people and called so that we could come in at the same time. Friendly and efficient. Love having a neighborhood clinic to get basic care.
