My experience was terrible with this urgent care I went for check since I got hurt at my work place after waiting for 2 hours then they told me to fill out the form and there was insurance section the stuff told me don’t worry about it. Again I wait then upon asking then they told me oh we need insurance number before that they said we don’t need that information. The stuff told let me ask my manager she went inside come back never said anything. I provided then my HR contact information and the information form as well still now response for another hour I went back to the counter asking what’s going on they she told me oh we can’t see you. I went back home it was already weekend then I went back again. And the doctor instead of checking about the injury she was like oh I don’t like works compensation they are horrible this and that I went there in pain to get check up but I was dealing with this. The doctor told me to home take ibuprofen and cold compresses how hard is that. I tried for 1 week the pain didn’t went away again I contact them the representative said my manager will call you within two days it’s been over a month no response. My advice is please if you need help don’t go to this urgent care. Poor service

I visited this urgent care with my child and also needed to be seen myself. During check-in, I was told registering both of us would “take longer,” so only my child was checked in, and I did not receive the medical care I needed that night. The overall interaction felt dismissive, and the tone changed after staff became aware of some household health concerns I’ve been actively addressing. Spending hundreds on in fact. I understand clinics are busy, but professionalism and compassion matter in this field. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Somebody else said that if you hate your job then leave go find a different one and honestly I quite agree with that about this place. I sincerely hope their tone changes and they ask more questions rather than judging based off of what they see and a never asking real questions or even a question at all. And treating all customers with compassion. I'd air on the side of caution when your overwhelmed, stressed out and in need of urgent medical attention with no help when going here. This is one of the last places I'd go.

I was in a car accident. The Dr was ready to leave when I walked in. When his staff was told him I was there he decided to stay to make sure I was okay. Wonderful Staff. The Dr was amazing. Thank you for staying for me. So very kind.

our provider was SUPER RUDE. kept talking over me when explaining my sons symptoms & timeline & she got aggressively annoyed saying that I kept changing up my story. no I didn’t she just wasn’t letting me even talk NOT COMPASSIONATE AT ALL. NOT KIND. NOT THE TYPE OF CARE EXPECTED WHEN MY SON HAS A FEVER LYING ON THE BED LISTENING TO THIS “PROVIDER” GET ANGRY AT HIS MOM WHILE WE ARE THERE FOR HELP. avoid this place. I’ve never been treated like this before by a so called medical professional. also never sent over the meds to the pharmacy she said she would. what a joke of a place. made me feel as if us using medi-cal insurance didn’t cover certain tests & she was doing us a “courtesy” for rapid testing. I felt discriminated. and I felt she was trying to push my buttons to then proceed to kick us out and get no care. this lady should not be in this profession if she can’t handle people interactions. I’m a very calm person so it came at a shock and surprise at how angry she was getting and talking over me interrupting me over & over as if she was trying to make me feel stupid and I made no sense. I did and do. go elsewhere.

If you’re seeking real help, this urgent care is NOT the place to go. I had a terrible experience and felt completely dismissed by the doctor. I tried to explain my symptoms, but she told me my condition didn’t seem severe and that I didn’t look sick or in pain. That made me feel uncomfortable, invalidated, and disappointed. I left feeling disgusted by how I was treated and I will never return. As a patient, I expected basic care and empathy. If you hate your job, at the very least, try to act professionally, especially as a doctor. I feel very bad for her assistant or coworkers who have to work with her. She never once asked me about my race and ethnicity but decided to put “declined to specify” on the paper. Do not waste your time there.
