PA Gonzalez was incredibly rude, had terrible bedside manner, and openly chastised me in front of my sick child. I repeatedly explained that my daughter had been complaining of ear pain on and off the previous day, that we monitored it closely, gave her Motrin, and told her not to touch her ears. Overnight, her ear began bleeding. We called the nurse advice line, explained the entire situation, and were told we were handling it appropriately. My daughter also has a documented history of ear infections that my husband and I take seriously, which this clinic can easily verify in her records seeing as how she has been taken in by both of us many times for this issue. Instead of asking about her medical history or approaching the situation with compassion, the doctor immediately treated me as though this was my fault. He mocked the advice I had been given, essentially implied I was lying, and then proceeded to exclude me from the conversation by directing questions to my mother. I am 36 years old and my daughter’s parent — not my 67-year-old mother. The entire interaction was dismissive, humiliating, and deeply unprofessional. Frankly, I would have been better off trusting the nurse advice line and avoiding the frustration of being shamed for seeking care for my child. I should also point out that he took the time to inform me that my daughter would benefit from seeing an ENT specialist, fortunately she already has, 6 MONTHS AGO as I would have told him had he bothered asked me and not assumed she hadn’t. Update: Our prescription was written for the wrong ear. Avoid this clinic if you can.

All staff were helpful and friendly. Easy to get an appt.and check-in process was quick. Doctor followed up quickly with X-ray results and prescriptions. Appreciated their efficiency and will definitely go back If needed.

Amazing staff, I came here for my kid and everyone was very accommodating and sweet. The nurse Alyssa was nice and quickly got us in, doctor Abby was very friendly and helpful about concerns. 100% recommend this place.

I was on vacation in San Diego started not to feel well so I looked up urgent cares . I went to AFC urgent care . Through the whole process I was there with in and out within 25 minutes They were the best when I walked in very friendly atmosphere from the receptionist From the back staff from the doctor Was very compassionate very caring He asked a lot of questions he asked if I had any more concerns . He really took out the time to listen which I really loved was able to help me and I was feeling better before I even left urgent Care thank you so much. AFC Urgent care

I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care clinic. I came in as a walk-in without an appointment, and I was seen within about 20 minutes, which I really appreciated. The doctor, Dr. Krina Patel (I hope I am spelling it correctly), was very kind, professional, and attentive. She took my concerns seriously right away and quickly helped me understand what was going on. The whole process was fast and smooth, and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy without delay. Overall, I am very grateful for the excellent care and would definitely recommend this clinic.
