Jocelyn Ferraro 4 months agoI met with Dr. Frey, she was very kind and addressed all of my needs. I would recommend her as a physician to anyone! I’m so glad I decided to go here when my insurance changed. The front desk staff at the Perlman clinic were also very nice and professional.
Ben Murga (Benzur) 3 months agoI was beyond satisfied with my experience at Perlman Clinic in Kensington. I called and got an appt within 2 hours, and was in and out within an hour of getting there. All the staff was professional and attentive. Dr. Robichaud explained everything clearly, and they all went out of their way to provide extra assistance given I was paying out of pocket. I will absolutely be trusting them for any future urgent care!
Ophelia Noble 2 months agoI am leaving this review specifically to warn other disabled patients about the exploitative administrative practices at this clinic (or at least, as encountered in the MyChart App, as I am unsure if I was communicating with someone directly from this clinic) specifically regarding the communicating staff J. L. I am currently navigating a documented disability and dealing with time-sensitive paperwork for the Social Security Administration. To be proactive and save my treating providers time, I drafted a letter outlining my conditions and sent it via the clinic's secure messaging portal for my doctor to review and sign off on. Instead of passing this critical, time-sensitive message to my provider, J.L. intercepted it and seemingly refused to process it, explicitly saying that I am to "make an appointment" simply to have the doctor look at a letter I had already written for them. Let’s be completely clear about what this is: it is bureaucratic extortion. The clinic cannot bill my insurance or charge me a co-pay for an email, so J.L. attempted to force a disabled patient to spend money and exhaust effort on an unnecessary in-person visit, just so the clinic could code it as a consultation and extract a fee. Furthermore, "you can schedule a follow up with any available provider,” is just further evidence of insensitive response to a patient. A random, "any available" provider who has never met with me cannot write a valid, medically sound disability appeal letter. This type of response is a pretty appalling practice, especially for the many who are disabled, at the brink of homelessness, and are desperately trying to survive. I have a feeling many providers or staff members may not even be aware of what is occurring, as I feel they are good at what they do regarding patient care. If you are disabled and need administrative support from your doctor, know that you deserve better and must request so. There exists those who view your disability paperwork as a billing opportunity, not a patient need.
Farah B a month agoPerlman Clinic DOES NOT CARE. I’ve spent the last 14 months trying to undo the mental, emotional, and financial damage that Dr. Susan Taylor and her staff caused. I continue to deal with this, which is why I’m compelled to warn others. You can search for my Google review on Dr. Susan Taylor to read the details about her medical negligence of my care. Her staff was generally fresh out of school, constantly making errors (not just account errors, once they fail 3 times to stick you for a blood sample, they force you to go elsewhere to get it done). In September 2025, I contacted Perlman Clinic. I told them what happened. Dr. Taylor’s repeated, intentional, poor documentation and delay in investigating underlying medical conditions were not only consistent with Medical Negligence but also a direct reason for my benefits and medical disability claim being denied and my undo burden of struggling with zero income for over a year. I have the evidence to prove all this. My 1 request of Perlman was to give me a letter supporting my claim being reinstated since it was their doctor who caused its denial. In October, Lori R. from “Operations” calls me but stopped responding in November. Been trying to reach her as recent as last month and nothing.
Art T 2 months agoI was seen promptly after arriving for my appt. Dr Robichaud was very professional and caring and spent a lot of extra time with me addressing my concerns. Then the nurse effortlessly took my blood and I was on my way. Very happy with the staff and their quality of care.
