Yesterday I went to urgent care and had one of the best healthcare experiences I have had in a long time. Dr. Peter Park is outstanding. He was calm, sharp, and genuinely focused on figuring out what was going on instead of rushing me out the door. The nurses and everyone on the team were just as great. They kept checking in, asked the right questions, and stayed engaged the whole time. I was there for about 4 hours (blood work, xrays, ekg, IV fluids), and even though that is a long visit, it felt like the team was being thorough, not slow. They kept working the problem until we finally found the reason behind my symptoms. I left feeling heard, taken seriously, and clear on next steps. Huge thank you to Dr. Park and the entire staff.

Dr Olson and Michelle were the greatest. This was my first trip to an urgent care. My doctor is also a sharps doctor but had a full schedule. I am so glad I had the opportunity to have Dr Olson, she answered all my questions and provided great responses. She is a terrific listener to help arrive to a treatment plan. I give her a million stars. She is so bright, kind and competent. Secondarily, RN Michelle was sooo wonderful, she cared so much to minimize my pain. I ask lots of questions and she explained what medication were being provided and the purpose they serve. Her personality is the best I have seen in health care. I loved my experience with her and hope I get her every time She is very energetic, efficient and competent. My care by these two ladies are the best I have ever received in my 71 years

I was given a 2 hour time but they got me in and out in an 1 hour and 45 minutes. Seemed like the waits were longer than need be as the lobby only had myself and 2 other people and I did have longer waits in the exam room. Needless to say, I needed to be seen due to my terrible sinus infection. Receptionist (kind black woman, Im sorry I failed to look at your badge to catch your name) was awesome, Jen my nurse and Dr. Rodriguez were both efficient and great as well. Thank you!

This Urgent Care deserves every one of its high ratings. I came in with a serious medical concern and every single staff member I encountered was exceptional. From the security staff, to Valencia at registration, to Nurse Ting, and especially Peter Park, MD, everyone showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and concern for my well-being. Valencia immediately recognized how worried I was and helped comfort me right away. Nurse Ting was incredibly caring and informative, especially after I had left the ER with little guidance. Dr. Park was phenomenal — knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and he took the time to provide clear follow-up instructions that truly helped me feel supported. One small gesture that meant a lot: I brought my own blood pressure machine to compare readings but forgot the batteries, and the staff kindly provided some instead of making me come back. That level of kindness and patient care was unexpected and so appreciated. As a new Sharp member after transitioning from Scripps, experiences like this make me so grateful. A++++ care from an amazing team. Highly recommend.

Who says kindness and professionalism can’t hang out together? Certainly not the folks at Sharp Rees-Stealy Urgent Care. I walked in expecting the usual waiting-room purgatory, but nope, the front desk clerk greeted me with an actual smile. Like, a real one. Then, after only five minutes (I checked my watch twice to be sure), a friendly nurse appeared and made me feel genuinely welcomed. I thought, “Is this a fever dream?” But then the doctor strolled in, also smiling, and somehow had a down-to-earth personality, no robotic “and how are we feeling today?” nonsense. Honestly, it was the best urgent care experience of my life. And yes, I’m serious. Thank you for proving that medical miracles do exist.
