From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged right away. I signed in and explained the reason for my visit, and the front desk staff immediately knew what to do. He checked me in quickly and let me know to expect to be there for about an hour and a half. Based on my past experiences at Concentra, where I usually waited close to two hours (which I understand because they’re often very busy), I was prepared for a long visit. However, to my surprise, I was called back in less than 10 minutes—if that! The medical assistant, Rosalba (if I remember correctly), was amazing—very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was just as great. The whole process was fast, smooth, and convenient. The fact that they’re open 24 hours made a huge difference for me. With a 1-year-old at home and a husband who works all day, being able to come in at 8 PM was incredibly helpful. Overall, a really positive experience!

I visited Concentra on Saturday for my pre-employment screening and had an excellent experience. Even though the clinic was busy, the staff was efficient, organized, and attentive. The medical assistant was very informative and clearly explained all of the employer-required testing. I also want to recognize the team for their patience and compassion during my blood draw. My veins are extremely small and difficult to access, but the staff remained gentle, kind, and determined to make the process as comfortable as possible. Truly a compassionate and professional care team — I appreciated their effort and the level of care they provided. Highly recommended.❤️‍🩹

I just want to say that this has been the only nice concentra I have been to!!! Since coming to the concentra in Kearny Mesa in Ruffin rd everyone here has been extremely kind, caring, and patient. They really know how to treat and receive people. I have to give a special shoutout to Dr. Weeks for being amazing and helpful and to Laysha!!! For always greeting us with a smile and helping out, she was so kind and patient. Thank you!

Arrived to this facility at about four in the morning, spent over 45 minutes calling, and also waiting to somebody answer from the communicator that they have at the entrance, till I call my supervisor and explain that they have not answer for the past hour my phone calls or by the communicator, he recommended for me to wait until he tried to get a hold of him He was not able to do, Spent another 30 minutes waiting they also not answer my supervisor so I wasted over an hour and a half of this location on 1/24/2026 so after leaving the facility after five, I had to return two hours prior to my work schedule so I can work that same day and I wasted another two hours just for a drug test! What a joke is this facility? I explained this to them, and they just told me that they will inform the supervisor acting like they didn’t care about it or it did not matter that they waste my time.

Staff was polite. Some room tables/chairs showed wear. Providers were empathetic and were sufficiently knowledgeable. Biggest issue was the disproportionate wait relative to those seated waiting in lobby. At my second visit at 6 am, with only me waiting, I was not seen until 620. Need to be more efficient.
