The pregnant girl at the front desk was very kind and made me feel welcome right away by greeting me as soon as I walked in. The wait time was pretty long—about a couple of hours—which wasn’t ideal. I found out they only have one doctor, but the same girl from the front desk helped with my physical and made the time go by faster with her friendly small talk. I’m giving 5 stars because of her great service. Other than that, the place could use some cleaning, especially the bathroom, which was very dirty.

So my time was great friendly professional service. Excellent doctor care. And the physical therapy staff was awesome! Rebecca's Alejandra Ashley Melissa Esmeralda Jezabel Fransisco Dr. Pool and Marlene they all were courteous and always friendly...even after ordering me multiple Ubers they still Greeted me me smiles 😃 and sometimes coffee ☕️ 😄 I'd especially like to thank Alejandra for being gentle with the needle. I tried Concentra Mission Valley for the 1st time recently and it went really well! I needed a handful of things done for onboarding work purposes and each staff member was so nice and helpful, especially the doctor! I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I was visiting from out of town, arrived at 4:15, and was told they don’t do drug screens after 3pm because they come to pick up the samples at 4:30. There was not a single person in the place and they would not take 5 mins for me to complete a simple urine drug test. Literally just sitting around and didn’t choose to help a customer for a new hire drug screen - everything could have been done before the 4:30 pick up and I spent almost an hour round trip and had to come back the next day.

I’ve been coming here for a month for follow-ups, and this place seriously needs improvement. The cleanliness is unacceptable for a medical office it clearly needs a deep clean.Even worse is the lack of help from management and the back office. I asked for assistance with my case, and three staff members sitting there couldn’t give me a single answer. Instead, I was told to call my adjuster. That’s not helpful and honestly feels like they don’t care. Very frustrating experience.
