Today I went to Perlman Clinic in the downtown location for my annual visit, and I had a very positive experience from start to finish. Booking an appointment was very easy and convenient, which made the entire process stress-free right from the beginning. Everything ran right on schedule, and I never had to wait long, which I really appreciate. The staff is consistently very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which makes the entire visit feel smooth and comfortable. The facility is always clean, bright, and well maintained, creating a reassuring environment from the moment you walk in. Dr. Uri Guefen is consistently thorough and attentive, taking the time to carefully explain things and genuinely listen to any concerns or questions I have. That level of detail and care makes a big difference in feeling confident about my health care. I also want to give a special shoutout to Britney, who drew my blood today. I’m usually quite nervous about needles, but she was so skilled and gentle that I honestly didn’t feel a thing. The professionalism and expertise of the entire team really stand out. I strongly recommend Perlman Clinic to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and highly professional medical practice.

I met with Dr. Uri Guefen at the downtown San Diego office today and I could not have been more pleased. He spent a lot of time going over my previous history. The Perlman Clinic interaction with UCSD seems well connected. I was somewhat apprehensive about the coordination with UCSD Health but everything seems excellent!

When you go to a clinic with nausea, chills, sweats, and you're not feeling well at all, you would think they would provide some type of care to help you recover. Not Perlman. The receptionist ask us to fill out the usual 4 pages of information, no problem, while she check out my insurance. We must have been there for 45 minutes before she told us she didn't accept Blue Cross Medicare. How can an Urgent Care Clinic turn away sick people even when they have insurance. We went to two other UC and got the same crap. We pay our taxes, we pay our insurance premiums but God forbid, if you get sick and you're away from home, you can just suffer. You're nobody. I'd give you a zero if that was a choice.

I was very happy with my new primary doctor Uri Guefen . He was very thorough and spent time reading my medical history and taking charge. Also very nice!

Dr Bahaee was very professional and knowledgeable. She answers questions and explains herself extremely well. The additional staff in the Perlman clinic on W S St downtown were pleasant to interact with.
