Very impressed! I’ve been going to this Carbon Health office for almost two years now and the experience (with two different doctors) has been so much better than any other doctor/primary care office I’ve been to. I’ve never felt dismissed or rushed by anyone at this office and I’ve been really surprised by how much time my doctor spends with me. They’re very thorough, caring and understanding.

I had a really positive experience! The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I was seen quickly for my appointment. The medical assistant was very nice and friendly. The PA was friendly and made me feel at ease.

I arrived early and the receptionist got started with the paperwork while I waited. I was seen promptly, and interacted with at least 4 different people while I was there. They were very professional, friendly and concerned about my issues. I would definitely return to see them again.

They were prompt. Staff was very professional and also showed they cared. I had spent 5 hours in the emergency room in pain the night before and I left in pain with the only medication for pain that was one that was mildly contraindicated for me. I went here wanting to change to a safer med and they also gave me a suggestion for a steroid shot which did a great job of alleviating my pain. I am very grateful for their caring and knowlege
