Friendly welcoming staff. The Nurse Practitioner is so intelligent, highly trained, does a thorough exam, listened to me, and is thoughtful and kind. The facility is modern, clean, and well-run. It's a wonderful urgent care facility. Highly recommend.

Got a last minute same day appointment. There were lots of times available, which is great and makes getting care easily accessible. Easy check-in, friendly and informative staff, the physician made me feel heard, and it’s a nice and clean facility! Will definitely come back for my last minute needs!

The staff, Josh and others were very helpful and supportive when I walked in seeking for help! They accommodate my needs. It turned out it was a small issue but sure feels bad at the time. Appprecite their superb performance.

The team at the Castro location was wonderful- check in, triage, and nurse practitioner Michael were professional and friendly. Wait time was minimal. This was one of the rare visits to a clinic in which I felt sincerely listened to and treated effectively. I’m so glad I chose this clinic

Great service that was fast, I appreciated them being open about pricing of the visit out of pocket before insurance. Did not appreciate that I had no clue how much a throat culture would cost, but you know the American Healthcare system is always gonna leave a dent in your wallet. Overall lovely staff and quick attention to my needs and was able to get what I required prescribed.
