Today I’m giving Concentra Urgent Care on Connecticut Street in San Francisco, a five star review. I had the best experience due to a staff member named Wencey. From my arrival at 8:57am through the time I left, the staff at this location was wonderful. I hadn’t wait more than 30 minutes before Wencey called my name and took me to the testing area. Unfortunately, I had a small, but time consuming complication that made my visit longer than expected. During that time when Wencey made sure that I was comfortable. I really appreciate staff members like her who care about their patients well-being. Thank you so much for all you do!

Mary has been an amazing physical therapist. She is kind, professional, and truly cares about her patients recovery. She always takes the time to listen and make sure I’m comfortable during treatment. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for great care at Concentra!

The employees were very professional and friendly and helpful. The site was undesirable. Why have a coffee machine that doesn’t work? Why not have clean walls and floors? Why not have free wi-fi, especially when clients are asked to use their own electronic devices to fill out your forms? Thank goodness for your employees!

I waited over 2 hours. I received a text message while sitting in the waiting room with my last name spelled incorrectly - which was corrected when I pointed it out. One would think that attention to detail was important when dealing with patients and test results. Although I had filled in the forms with my medical history online at home, I had to do it again on my mobile phone at the location. Apparently, it was deleted after the skin test and for the physical it was no longer available. I could not recommend this compapy/location. The receptionists and nurses were friendly and helpful.

Showed up expecting to wait past the actual appointment time, to my surprise they seen me right away. Very proficient and professional. Staff had a great welcoming vibe. Asked if I needed anything. Just an overall great experience.
