This morning, I walked into Sollis Health seeking care for one of my employees who had been unable to keep food down for over 24 hours. We chose this location based on its reputation and reviews. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked if we were members. We said we were not and asked if membership was required to be seen. The front desk representative responded yes, stating that visits are “$2,000” and that Sollis is “for rich people.” He then directed us elsewhere based on what he assumed was our “price range.” At no point were we asked about symptoms, insurance coverage, or ability to pay. For clarity, we both have medical insurance and were prepared to self-pay if necessary. The decision to turn us away was made entirely on assumption, not information. Regardless of Sollis Health’s membership model, this interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate—particularly when someone is visibly unwell. No medical intake, no triage questions, just judgment at the door. I am posting this review in the hope that senior leadership is made aware of how patients are being treated at the front desk. This experience does not align with the standard of care or professionalism your brand claims to represent.

Sollis truly provide excellent patient care. Doctor and staff are knowledgeable, take time to listen, explain and plan the best care for the patient. The facility is clean, modern, and able to meet our needs (blood tests, imaging exams, etc., are all on site). The best part is No wait! We received the world class care right away. It is truly life changing experience for us who need frequent medical attention and support. Thank you!

Painless flue and Covid injections done by the nurse! It was the next day that we were almost unconscious! Still worth it I suppose! Never had this reaction before! I am 86 and my husband is almost 93. Glad not to have to do it again!

I cannot say enough good things about Sollis Health. The staff was so friendly and I have never felt so calm in an emergency situation. Although the investment is steep, I am so thankful I am able to have this resource available to me.
