Beautiful facility. Close to Montgomery stop. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have a chance to make an appointment, it makes check-in easy. Was seen quickly. Labs performed on site. Was out the door with a diagnosis and prescription. Everyone was welcoming and efficient—a great combination for an Urgent Care!

Like every urgent care facility I've ever used, wait time was an issue. However, the staff and medical professionals were all fantastic. Very helpful and once they were able to see me, they took the time needed. The SOMA facility is also very nice/new.

The lady named May at check in here was so sweet and kind! She went above and beyond to help! Printed us food options and found a pharmacy that was open late so we could get our meds filled same day! 10/10! She deserves a raise!!!!

Reception staff was very kind, MA was very kind, doctor was nice and helpful. Treatment was quick yet thoughtful. Easy enough to get to from my office downtown. 10/10 urgent care experience will be returning if I have any other issues

I am a Sutter patient for primary care, so check in ahead of time in the app for this urgent care was extremely easy for me. I was seen and treated fairly quickly on a Sunday morning. The staff is kind and caring. The facility is nice.
