I had 3 issues, in order of concern: 1) I had an antibiotic prescription sent to my pharmacy. A few hours later I called the pharmacy and they had no record of it. I call Dignity Health and was told "this happens a lot where our prescriptions aren't received by the pharmacy". To which I responded - "ok, can you send again and how will you be sure it goes through this time?" I got a response "we'll resend, call us back in 30 minutes if it doesn't go through." -- seriously? Sounds like these urgent cares need to fix their pharmacy system and also get better customer service. The young woman whom I spoke to had zero empathy or tact in helping me resolve this issue. If I were her boss, I'd find her replacement, she was that bad. Patients deserve better service particularly around something as important as being able to pick up their much needed medication in a timely manner. 2) I was prescribed an antibiotic that had similar ingredients to an antibiotic that I previously had a bad reaction to. The nurse ("E Sullivan") knew of my aversion to this particular ingredient yet prescribed me a similar medication anyway. Thankfully my pharmacist caught it. 3) It took me 50 minutes to be seen even with an appointment.

We were on a cruise & my husband got pretty sick. We were treated with compassion & kindness. Everyone was so kind & made us both feel welcome. They were truly concerned about my husband's health.

Literally saved me from an ER/911/hospital visit as someone coming in from out of town. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to help. I learned a lot and was able to get on treatment ASAP. I'd say the only negative is that are short staffed like any UC which is a shame!

I went there, as a member of UCSF health care, and got sent a bill be cause they aren't affiliated with UCSF. They did not send the X ray to my care provider. They knew I was with UCSF and DID NOT TELL ME I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. And actually told me that they weren't a part of UCSF. Senior on fixed income. Greedy.

Doctor was kind of judgey with the symptoms I had & I asked for certain labs I was concerned about with my symptoms & the doctor refused to do one saying he wasn’t concerned. Told me misinformation about my prescriptions ordered & I did pay the 250 copay but received another charge on my card for almost 400 they charged without my permission I haven’t received a bill in the mail. Felt like that was shady so I checked other reviews here too guess my feelings weren’t too far off.
