Don't go here!!! I couldn't figure out how to give this place zero stars. I had an appointment and they blew it by 30 minutes before I just left. They didn't even acknowledge me or say sorry. The place is incredibly inefficient - I watched 5 to 6 staff workers just sit around laughing and joking while I waited sick in the waiting room. This place seems to be one more example of modern medicine prioritizing forms and bureaucracy over actual patient care. For example, despite being a patient in the past and them having my records on file, they still spent 10 minutes upon check-in asking me a questions, including my marital status! I know urgent care is the solution these days but skip this place if you can help it and find a better one.

I came to this urgent care after being directed here specifically for IV fluids by another facility. I was explicit from the moment I checked in with Michelle at the front desk about exactly what I needed. I have a documented chronic illness, and my specialist had recommended IV saline. I was accepted as a patient and waited over an hour, during which I was asked for tests I didn't need (EKG, urine test) and repeatedly had to advocate for myself. After all of that, PA Laura Sasso informed me that they don't offer IV fluids. This information was never communicated at check-in despite me being completely transparent about why I was there. The wasted time and stress caused my heart rate to spike to 150bpm -- a genuine medical consequence for someone with my conditions. I left without any care after spending hours of energy I cannot afford. If a facility cannot provide a service, they should say so before accepting a patient. That basic courtesy was not extended to me today.

Staff at Lombard st in SF is amazing and so helpful. Especially Thomas Loe PA at ucsf healthcare was a top notch taking care of my injured finger and being professional . I highly recommend visiting this particular urgent care as the staff treated me so well when during my visit.

While on a short trip to San Francisco, I had to visit the Urgent Care on Lombard St after fracturing a bone in my foot. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The PA-C I saw, Thomas Loe, was very nice and had great "bedside manners". The medical assistant (Siraj ?) was a very nice and professional young man. Overall, it was a painful experience, but they all made me feel very welcome. Thanks!

I was able to get an appointment the same day and there were many choices for available times. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen within 10 minutes. The doctor was very attentive to my problem and spent time examining and explaining everything to me. He also said he would be at the clinic all day and to call him if I had further questions. I could not have been treated better!
