Physician Assistant Keeley I do not recommend this provider. During my recent urgent care visit, Keeley came in disoriented, did not introduce herself, and immediately asked what the problem was—despite me already explaining everything to the assistant. Several key details I had shared were not communicated, which led to me having to repeat myself while already in significant pain. The overall experience felt rushed and impersonal. Her demeanor made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking care. In an urgent care setting—where patients are often in distress—there should be a higher level of empathy, presence, and basic bedside manner. Additionally, the handoff between the assistant (Ceilo) and the physician assistant was not smooth. Clear communication between staff is essential so patients don’t have to repeat themselves, especially when they are unwell. This experience reflects a broader need for improved bedside training and stronger attention to patient experience. There should also be more oversight to ensure that care teams are representing their profession—and the local Glen Park community—with the level of professionalism and compassion patients expect. On a positive note: Liz at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, efficient, and asked all the right questions. She made the check-in process seamless and set a positive tone for the visit. Kudos to Liz.

I was seen on the same day I was experiencing a health problem. The staff were friendly and concerned about my health. My wait time was minimal and the follow up on test results was excellent. I’m relieved to know that there is a good urgent care clinic open on the weekends in my neighborhood!

Although I screwed up and did not confirm the urgent care appointment because I misunderstood the app, the clinicians agreed to see me early Sunday morning when I appeared. They were thorough, patient, professional and very kind. I was relieved to rule out an infection and appreciated the doctor's recommendations.

If you select your PCP that is located at this office, you will pay your urgent care co-pay for an office visit. Your PCP is nowhere to be found. Just a PA who is very nice but is not a doctor. If you are given a referral, you might find that the order is not being put through immediately, although they stated that it is being requested as urgent. If you need a prescription refill, you can’t get a hold of anyone to contact the pharmacy.

Don't go here if you have something urgent for walk-in. They can't handle even a single walk-in if their schedule is booked because it inconveniences them. Kinda messed up that healthcare cares more about their time going a little over instead of treating their patients
