I received amazing service at this location. I arrived at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 31st, 2026, and I was seen at 4:10 p.m. When they say 4:10 p.m at some clinics, they put you in the room and then you have to wait another 30 minutes, but it was in fact exactly at 4:10 p.m. that I was seen by the nurse practitioner, which I highly appreciate because it gave me peace of mind. The nurse practitioner, as well as the other Kaiser personnel that helped me, were all extremely kind and caring. I hope to never have to use the urgent care again, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.

Came in a little after opening and was seen quickly. Dr. Elaine Wang and the urgent care team were so kind and made the process as painless as possible. I was able to have my appointment, have blood work done, and pick up my prescription within a little over an hour! Really appreciate this team’s help and hard work. Thank you Kaiser Urgent Care!

Today February 22/2026 I come with my husband at around 2pm URGENT CARE I am listening to the receptionist conversation with my husband is not clear explanation and direction specifically for the old that have hearing aid problem. My husband frustrated and the receptionist is not nice and very rude.

I was so pleased to go here for care with my medical need.And very professional and really listen to me.Not like Kaiser ER at the hospital.The ER is anything but professional and the night staff has attitude issues. Just cause am a Creole woman i was treated less of. Then three months later some one wrote a letter saying sorry. Three months later come on and unsincere letter.God bless all of you at Urgent Carefor not being like that.

Unlike every other urgent care center I've ever been to, or even a Walgreens or CVS, they do not offer rapid strep tests. I'm in acute pain and they told me I'll just have to wait 24-48 hours for the result and to get prescribed antibiotics. Per the response to this review from Kaiser, I contacted them to share my concerns. Their response came a month later and can be paraphrased as "that's the best we can do, sorry". I'd strongly recommend against using Kaiser for your healthcare. Edit: I originally posted this in 2023. 2 years later and nothing has changed! I got so excited because my doctor swore that they'd be able to do a rapid strep test and prescribe antibiotics on the spot. Unfortunately, when I showed up, I was told that no, they still don't do rapid strep tests. The people at Kaiser are great, but Kaiser (the system) continues to display an incredible lack of care for its patients.
