I have been a patient a Zuckerberg hospital many times. It's never been bad but it's never been great either. This time was completely different. I went in for hearing loss. It came on quickly and it was very scary for me. I went to the urgent Care, and was seen by an amazing doctor, and she was also the new director of that department. And she was amazing. They not only had me in and out of there but they had me set up with an audiologist for this week and had all of my worries put to ease. They couldn't have found a better doctor for the job. Thank you very much to all of you at Zuckerberg for helping me through a very scary time.

Absolutely disgusting unhygienic my father was admitted for 2 week because of his heart condition. Nurse's never changed his bedding sheets or bathed my father the nurses are extremely rude too the room the floors were sticky unhygienic janitors use Swiffer to mop the floors unbelievable the room was never cleaned blankets cover in urine all over the floor. Zuckerberg hospital spent millions on security guards and metal detectors but can't buy basic cleaning supplies and janitors are lazy rude my family had come in multiple times cleaned the room ask nurse if they changed sheets was told they didn't have anymore clean bed sheets which led me to believe they were reusing dirty sheets or never change them

I have an extreme phobia of the dentist. I was extremely scared when I had to get two teeth pulled because my last experience at Western dental was horrific. They made sure to talk with me through the process babe I made sure to take the time and make sure I stayed numb. They figured out I'm a high metabolism of numbing medication which is why I had such a bad experience with Western dental. They gave me a hand to hold even through a difficult extraction they stopped and read them to me twice. This is one of the best places I've ever been to get my teeth worked on, they're kind gentle so gentle I barely felt the numbing medication go in my gum. Thanks so much for this place because I no longer have an extreme phobia of getting my teeth worked on which means now I can get my smile fixed. Thank you thank you thank you thank you so much for such a great experience. They were so patient they were even able to talk me down from a panic attack before it was full blown he noticed my hand shaking and started calming me down instantly. This is more of a hospital setting so bedside Manor is very important and way different than Western dental which is a regular dentist with processing people in and out as fast as possible. You getting faster with the doctor's referral but this is definitely the best experience I've ever had at the dentist.

I had an incredible experience at Otolaryngology department. The medical student Armita and Doctor Loftus were so patient with me. Listening to my issue history, every little details related, carefully examining my neck, nose and throat; figuring out the real cause and solution of my problem. They made my health matter! I feel it was like a private, high-end doctor visit. Compared to other clinics that doctors trying to get rid of me within 10 min. I really appreciate it. I was very happy. I want to give birth in this hospital.

It’s amazing place they have their own small park where patients can go to rest on the grass and breath fresh air. They even have their own lab. What I enjoyed most were the lectures and their therapy room helped me so much with my anxiety. The doctors are always so friendly and willing to help. They even know how to handle a patient’s outbursts.
