Excellent emergency room experience. The staff was professional, caring, and very efficient during a stressful time. The nurses and doctors treated me with kindness and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the visit. The ER was clean, organized, and the care I received was outstanding. Very thankful for their help and dedication. Highly recommended

I had a horrible experience. Please don't go to an Advent Health. Just go to a regular hospital. It was a nightmare I went in because I accidentally cut my finger off and they gave me a lidocaine shot, waited an hour and a half. The doctor came in and said that he had to remove my finger from my stub. Then when he put it back on my hand and it was bleeding profusely he decided to sew it up at that time even when I begged him not to. It was a horrible experience and even after at all they didn't give me a prescription for antibiotics said I didn't need one. I ended up having to go to the Denver emergency center where they hooked me up with antibiotics and Kara to help me save my finger. At least I have it still. Don't go here. Oh and when I came back to show them my infected finger was black. They charged me $520 for the visit to tell them what they had done, The total was $3,000. Even at that time they said they wanted to, Sharon the manager at the time, said she wanted to hold my finger under warm water and see what she could take off? That is not what you're supposed to do. What is happening to medical Care in this country? They made me have to buy more medical care through Denver emergency. I am thousands of dollars in debt because of them.

Last night, I came in with a migraine that wasn’t subsiding with my usual migraine medication. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cleveland and having Carolyn be my RN. Both were exceptional. They showed compassion, were very thorough, answered all my questions and tended to my needs safely and efficiently. They checked on me often during treatment which was really nice. Oh and another team member (I don’t know her role or her name) offered me a warm blanket and I didn’t even ask for it. Such a kind gesture as it was cold and I did end up needing it. I wasn’t there long and I felt much better when I left. I would recommend this urgent care/ER to all my family and friends. I wish there was a way to nominate Carolyn for a DAISY award because I truly felt she encompasses every quality an amazing nurse should have. If there is a way, please tell me. I tried to find this location on the DAISY web site and couldn’t find it. Only the major AdventHealth hospitals were listed. Again, thank you all so much for the best care.

My husband and I went together. We were treated so nicely!! Our care was given with friendly, professional efficiency. Didn't mind going to Urgent Care at Advent Health system. Thanks to Stacy our nurse and the team.

You guys are the best hospital in Denver. Best patient care, best patient for the LGBTQIA+ community, best nurses who actually truly care, and best doctors with no God complexes with incredible empathy and besd side manner. Everyone is truly here to help! Never a bad experience only great. Porter is the top choice!
