Walked in yesterday at 7 PM after I’ve had a bad cough for 9 days. I had tried everything I even had a tele health appointment the day prior where I was told to drink fluids, take more Mucinex, go on prednisone, and get rest. The issue is that rest wasn’t possible becuase I was coughing all day and night. The pain in my chest was unbearable and I was spasming becuase of the cough. Nothing was working. Dr. Kauf saw me shortly after and took me seriously. After an X-Ray he was able to quickly treat me there in person. Needless to say, within the half hour after leaving, I was instantly feeling better. I slept all night and did not cough once. I also didn’t have to go to a pharmacy. I went home with my medicine. Due to the rest I was able to get, I’m feeling so much better today and I’m barely coughing. Super thankful to have this facility in our neighborhood. He was caring, kind, took his time, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The facility is very modern and clean and it was a ten second walk back to my home. Thank you Dr. Kauf and team. I will definitely recommend this urgent care to neighbors and our community!

I came to this Urgent Care last month after hurting my leg while visiting my daughter and needed to get it checked. The doctor, Noah, was very patient and explained my condition clearly, which made me feel much more comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the entire process smooth throughout my visit. The clinic was clean and well organized. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this place. Definitely deserving of five stars!

Dr. K and his team are super knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and compassionate. The whole experience felt comfortable and calming, unlike the vibes of a hospital. The facility is clean and modern, with advanced medical equipment. Love the transparency in pricing, not going through insurance, and no surprises in billing

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and especially Noah. I came in terrified after dealing with infected stitches from a dog bite on my face, and I was overwhelmed, emotional, and scared of what was happening. Instead of feeling rushed or dismissed, I was treated with such kindness, patience, and genuine care from the moment I walked in. Noah sat with me, talked everything through, answered every question, and made sure I understood what was happening and what the treatment plan was. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out even more was his compassion. At one point I started crying, and the nurse quietly handed me a tissue and reassured me with so much warmth and humanity. That small gesture meant more than they probably realize. This clinic’s approach is exactly what healthcare should be. They make people feel safe instead of scared. They make medical care feel financially approachable and emotionally supportive, which is something so many people desperately need. I truly hope other doctors and clinics take note of this practice and the way they treat patients. I walked in frightened and alone, and I left feeling calmer, informed, cared for, and hopeful.
