This was the best urgent care experience I've ever had - by a mile. Went in to check out some respiratory concerns and had scheduled an appointment before heading over. I got there about 25 mins early and was told 40 min wait - which I thought for urgent care was fast. I was called in not even 15 mins. The quality of care was top notch - Desiree and Lauren were fantastic. I saw the physician assistant first, then the care provider and then got chest X-rays and a received a nebulizer for 10 mins. All said and done, I was out the door in less than an hour. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I had a great experience at this urgent care. There was barely any wait, and the check-in process was very convenient since I was able to upload my insurance cards right from my phone. The intake process was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I wasn’t feeling well. The provider was knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant, and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. I was able to get the treatment I needed and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

It’s easier and quicker for me to come in here than go to the doctors office when I’m feeling under the weather. I’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend. I always feel heard and taken care of. Today Hayden & Mica helped me and they were wonderful

Went to AFC Urgent Care Highlands this past Saturday after a freak accident opening a can of tennis balls that resulted in a lacerated pinky finger. Even though it was near closing time and the clinic got busy, the entire staff remained patient, friendly, and welcoming to everyone walking through the door. Sai and Leah were terrific in taking care of my wound — professional, caring, and reassuring throughout the whole visit. The level of customer service and compassion really stood out, especially during a hectic time of day. Thank you for all that you do! Very thankful for the excellent care and would highly recommend AFC Urgent Care Highlands to anyone needing prompt, quality medical attention.

AFC Highlands clinic is absolutely the greatest. I walked in today saw Jory Zimmerman and med asst. Sia. The two of them couldn’t have been more wonderful they were welcoming, kind and did such a thorough exam on me. I walked in feeling lousy and I walked out feeling so much better. I’m grateful for them. Everyone there is wonderful. I just happen to have an extraordinary experience today with these two! Thank you, Jory and Sia!
