Honestly day one I was very unimpressed with the follow through. Since Jamie has been at this clinic the follow through the communication and the overall process experience has been a 180 degree change. She communicated to insurance on my behalf she verified documents and calls, and faxes that needed to be done. She deserves a raise and praise for having the interpersonal skills and abilities to do the job set in front of her.

I had a great experience during my recent primary care visit. Liz and Deidra took really good care of me throughout the process. They were very responsive, patient, and made sure all my doubts and questions were clearly answered. Made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

Deirdra and her medical assistant are very nice and friendly. Deirdra has the urgency to figure things out and explain to me what is going on and explained how meds can help and the right way to take em. I am so happy leaving her care as I know what to do to feel better. Thank you both for your help❤️

Friendly, empathetic staff, quick service. Strep throat is no joke. 2 different 10 day antibiotics and 5 days steroids to kick virus and recovery time is 3xs longer than normal. Its Frustrating being sick and everyone was kind and helpful.

I had a fabulous primary care visit at this location. FD KATRICE was a huge help checking in. We had some issues with my insurance and she sorted them out no problem. And then MA CITLALY was super informative and had a great way of communicating that made the whole check up fly by …thank you!
