Thank you to Adam and the nurse practitioner who saw me on December 26th at 10:20am. Her name escaped me but she was very kind. Got in and out pretty quickly. Did a few tests to rule out strep and covid. Got that winter illness we all seem to get.

I was seen by William Bortolotti today and I cannot recommend him enough. He was time efficient without rushing, professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Best experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting, and I have high standards as someone who works in the medical industry. Thank you so much for taking care of me ✨❤️

We had a great experience visiting AFC Urgent Care. It was a quick weekend visit. Easy to book appointments, free on-site parking and QR code check-in are really helpful when you're not feeling well. The receptionist (I forgot her name), Jensy (MA) and Lauren (PA) were all patient, friendly and helpful. We were in a Minions-themed room designed for kids and they were equipped with kids-sized BP cuffs. So glad to have this option right in our neighborhood when the pediatrician's office is closed or unavailable.

Very quick & thorough. I felt like crap for 10 days & the staff is so pleasant & helpful. Jadyn at check in got me checked in and seated within 5 minutes, Adam took my vitals, very gentle, & the nurse practitioner Ashley was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Definitely will be my go to for quick and helpful care.

My first experience was flawless with AFC. Very streamlined from start to finish. Fast turnaround time, and everything was clear. This has been somewhat more frustrating. I think in the year 2026, to not accept Apple Pay is antiquated. I had an appointment booked for 1pm, with an outstanding balance of $100.00. Perhaps I should have brought a card and I take ownership of that, but I took it for granted that I’d be able to pay with the card I previously had on file, and if not Apple Pay which most organizations accept in today’s world. I’ve now had to reschedule my appointment until 2.30pm which is frankly a waste of my time. I think this calls for a revision of payment of process amongst l branches, which would avoid this happening moving forward, and happy to revise review in the event this is implemented.
