[Nikayla - MA ] [Saniah - FD] Highly Recommended – Professional, Efficient, and Commendable Service "I’m Hardin, and I’m leaving a five-star review because the service here is truly commendable. I’ve broken down my experience by star: Star 1: The Wait Time. Despite my ego trying to convince me that 'out-of-pocket' clients should get a fast pass, the wait was perfectly respectable. It moved quickly, especially considering the time I spent completing my new-client paperwork. Stars 2 & 3: The Staff. The front desk service and the technician who charted my vitals were excellent. These two ladies made me feel genuinely comfortable and welcomed. Star 4: Operational Skill. This star is for the preeminent ordering of labs. I was briefed on my lab orders before the doctor even entered the room. This demonstrates not only medical expertise but a highly efficient use of time. Star 5: The Attending. In addition to the professionalism of the entire team, the attending physician carried a notable presence that inspired confidence. A well-demonstrated use of practice and professionalism. Katrice at the front desk was friendly. Jasmine my MA was efficient, and my PA Chelsea was very thorough and knowledgeable. I used the 'reserve a spot' on the website, recommended! My lab results were given by a real person by phone call. I will visit again!

I’ve been to other urgent care facilities and there seemed to be an issue with something— rude staff or a long wait, indifference. This one stands out! I’ve been here a handful of times. For myself and for my kids too. Each time has been a positive experience. Katrice at the front desk and Casandra (Medical Asst) and the PA Kelley were great; caring and prompt. The wait has never been long enough to be frustrated and they’re friendly and very professional.

Went in today due to feeling awful for a couple days. Mariah was all around amazing and made me feel comfortable when getting all the swab tests. The doctor, Rosa, came in with my test results which were NOT good (positive for 2 things) however, she made me feel so much better about getting on the road to recovery. I’m so glad I went in and can get the meds I need to get better and that the care team was incredible. Thank you guys!

We have been multiple times and always had a great experience. Front desk and all medical staff are very attentive and professional. We also never had to wait long at all. It’s great to be near such a facility that can quickly help everyone in the family. We have had quick evaluations of ankle injuries, sinus infections, shingles, etc. Prescriptions are sent immediately. The experience is super helpful when in pain and needing quick help! Shoutout to Cici and Cassie for being so helpful!
