This was a great overall experience for my 5 year old son. The check-in was quick and easy. There was no wait. Our care team of Honey and Chelsea was thorough and efficient. They spent the time to ensure I was aware of possible complications and walked me through the treatment plan. I'm so happy this is in the neighborhood!

Husband and I received excellent care from Jasmine (MA) and Laura (PA). They were professional and kind and spent a lot of time going over our health matters. Laura offered options for treatment and gave us autonomy over our choices. Would definitely recommend.

I had a really positive experience at AFC Urgent Care. Cameron at the front desk was very attentive after noticing me waiting in the lobby, he made sure I was being taken care of, which I really appreciated. Shortly after, I was seen by Liz (MA), who was a great listener and took my concerns seriously while clearly communicating everything to Lauren (PA). Lauren was amazing she listened and did everything she could for me at the clinic, and made sure to refer me for outpatient care. I was especially grateful for this because my ultrasound appointment isn't scheduled until May, and I really wanted to avoid going to the ER. Overall, the clinic is very clean! The staff was compassionate, efficient, and truly made me feel heard and cared for. Thank you all!

Had a really good time. Team was incredible and very professional. I will be returning next time I have something come up this was hands down the greatest time I have ever had at any urgent care and it’s because of the team I saw Liz and Magaly were so helpful and again very professional. I had a super quick and amazing experience here at AFC West Colfax. I had been dealing with muffled hearing and ringing due to severe earwax buildup. Magaly had me checked in no time & Lizeth did a wonderful job at cleaning out both of my ears and making sure I was comfortable the entire time! Cory was also kind and informative when it came to answering my questions and what the cleaning process would be like. The office is super clean too!!
