Went to Lakewood ER/ URGENT CARE@ COMMON SPIRIT, severe migraine....was received immediately, zero wait time. Compassionate care, treated timely, comfy bed, warm blanket, Dr. HUFF had a great bedside manner, my nurse was so thoughtful. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend for anyone needing to be seen, They are 24/7 facility.

Me & my wife had contracted covid over the memorial day holiday. So we wanted the peace of mind in knowing that we were both doing all the right things to get better. So we went into the Common Spirit Emergency & Urgent Care in the neighborhood on South Wadsworth. The staff were very kind & friendly as well as considerate, answering all of our questions and concerns. The intake was also very kind & considerate. I especially liked Dr. Long our attending physician. He was very caring & kind. He gave me great confidence in answering all of my questions. He assured me that my wife & I were doing all of the right things to get past this. He was both thorough & professional. He seems like a very nice person that is very endearing & respectfu. After leaving Common Spirit we both agreed that he's a great Doctor & we're so fortunate to have the facility 5 minutes away. Thank You George Garcia.

The nurse and doctor were wonderful with my 4 year old. They even gave her a stuffed animal to cheer her up which helped show there is most likely no concussion as she blossomed into her normal silly self! The front desk and staff were all upbeat, professional and kind. Thank you all for getting us in and out quickly!

Pretty mad. I was given medicine that keeps people awake for hours, after explaining I'm leaving on a road trip and driving MYSELF for 8 HOURS to Utah in 36 hours... Couldn't have let me sleep, and taken the medicine in the morning. NOT at freaking 8pm at night. Thousands of dollars, time and energy spent and not sure I feel safe driving

The experience at this urgent care two days after Christmas was pretty good. Diagnosis was accurate. Challenge was that the facility had all of my insurance information and declined to collect a co-pay saying that they would bill my insurance. I pointed out my co-pay right on the card but they insisted. Three months later I received multiple calls and letters telling me to pay several hundreds of dollars for my visit. I again showed my co-pay of $85 and they eventually relented and charged me just that. Two months after that experience I started getting calls identified as spam on my phone at least once a day. Finally a VM was left identifying that it was commonspirit trying to collect a debt. I called back and explained that I had paid this bill two months previously. Oh no, they said, you paid the urgent care visit part of the charge but not the provider portion which was another $85. After much conversation and verbal confirmation that I would not get another bill in a few months to pay the receptionist or janitor or groundskeeper part of the bill, I paid the additional $85. Awful experience and an awfully expense visit to get a diagnosis of flu. They get two stars only because I actually did have the flu.
