Dr.Beato and his staff were wonderful! I had to come in for emergency stitches. I really appreciated their sense of humor and I felt very careful for I would definitely come back and do other services with them very clean facility. I overall felt no pain.

I visited this urgent care on the morning of 6/11/26 after almost choking at a breakfast I was attending downtown. I don't want to name the nurse and doc publicly, but I hope I get a chance to fill out a survey so DH knows how great they were. I was very upset and afraid of what would happen if I started choking again, and the nurse was calm, compassionate, and direct in letting me know I was safe, and they weren't going to let anything bad happen. Similarly, my doctor was kind and reassuring, providing me a simple and effective treatment worked. Thank you to this amazing team!

I want to sincerely thank the entire team at the urgent care clinic for the incredible treatment and care I received. I came in with a broken leg, stressed and in a lot of pain, and from the very beginning everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The staff moved quickly, helped me get comfortable, took X-rays, explained everything clearly, provided crutches, and made sure I understood what to do next. What really stood out to me was how caring and attentive everyone was. I never felt rushed or ignored. Every person I interacted with genuinely seemed to care about helping me and making a difficult situation easier. Unfortunately, when you’re injured and worried, you remember how people make you feel — and your team made me feel safe and taken care of. Thank you again for the amazing service and professionalism. You truly made a bad day much better.

Recently visited the location with several symptoms. The nurse was very attentive, polite, and provided thoughtful feedback per the symptoms i shared. When the doctor came in, very different experience. Doctor was very dismissive and had one theory of what was the cause of my discomfort and symptoms, and tested for the believed cause. When the test came back negative there was no additional investigation, just ordered in some pain reliever and sent me on my way. As I was about to leave I stopped to go ask the doctor a question and heard discussion of my appointment with colleagues as they were laughing. Overall, doctor was dismissive, lacked respect, and did not provide any helpful care other then ruling out one plausible cause of pain/illness

I don’t live in Denver and was a little nervous about walking into an unknown urgent care while on vacation. I was seen very quickly. They were thorough and efficient, and both the nurse and provider were kind and wonderful. They listened to my symptoms, ordered tests accordingly, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them!
