Pricing is NOT transparent. If you are a self pay /non insured patient and do not pay IN FULL on the day of service your bill will triple in price. They will give you a “package price” on the day of service and if you do not pay that amount it is no longer honored. They will give you the option on day of service to Pay or Be Billed and NEVER explain there will be a massive increase in price if you choose to be billed. You will then receive two Separate bills one for the doctor and one for facility fee totaling near $1,000.00 for an URGENT CARE VISIT!!!!!!! I had a covid swab and flu swab taken. They should feel ashamed of this level of deceitfulness. Absolutely be aware of this!!! Truly awful experience.

Wow, what a great experience I had even though I wasn’t feeling well. Everyone there was so friendly and caring. We got there before it opened and the security guard told us that we couldn’t come in yet. However, In about 10 minutes, he came out to the car and said we could go in early. The facility was also immaculate. Dr Da Silva was very thorough and ran some tests to accurately diagnose my condition. If I could give it more than five stars, I certainly would!!!

I had gone in for some calf pain I was experiencing after doing physical activity. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately helped and set up in a room waiting to be seen. Shortly after Steph, the Nurse assisting me, took my vitals quickly and effortlessly and began asking me questions about what had happened. She was phenomenal! Super sweet and friendly. Once she had finished with everything, I was told to wait for the Nurse Practitioner. Shortly after, Jessica, the nurse practitioner that saw me, came in and started to assess my calf and asking me questions as well. She was very gentle, precise and knew exactly where to feel for the pain. Based on what I was experiencing and felt, she recommended I take an X-Ray just to be safe so I did. It came back negative and she said it was most likely a mild sprain of the muscle. She even went so far as to offer me crutches but I assured her the pain wasn’t that bad thankfully! Ever since then I’ve been resting and icing it as she recommended and it’s gotten a lot better! All in all, the whole staff there was phenomenal. Everyone was very nice, genuine and sweet. I felt very comfortable and confident that I was being taken care off and had nothing to worry about. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who made need an appointment and would definitely come back again if needed!

As someone who absolutely hates and is terrified of everything medical, I am shocked to say that this place is actually great. I came here with severe interceptive health anxiety because I was feeling dizzy. It takes a lot for me to walk into a medical office by myself. Usually, I have full-blown panic attack attacks. Here I did not. I walked in and actually felt safe. I was checked in with an iPad very quickly. The receptionist could have been a bit more friendly and loving to make me feel more at ease. I was done called in also very quickly. The original nurse was very kind. The nurse practitioner that then saw me was very nice and recommended to do a CAT scan. She told me they saw fluid in my ears and inflammation in my sinuses which most likely meant that I had a sinus infection. I wasn’t happy that they were not absolutely certain but it is what it is I guess. I suppose medicine is not certain. They prescribed me antibiotics, Zyrtec, and Flonase. Which again is not ideal because they couldn’t prove that I have allergies. As someone with anxiety, I refuse to accept uncertainty. The antibiotics gave me diarrhea. However, the doctor nurse was very nice and even called me the next day to see how I was doing. They have this super modern checkout process where a live agent on the screen shows up from a remote location and you check out with her virtually right there and then with the POS credit card machine. Then it’s really cool because you go out to the lobby and there’s this massive vending machine for your medicine where you put in a code and they fall out.

Extremely incompetent, just when you think you’re done paying upfront, they will send you surprise mail saying you have to pay the doctors fee. Why couldn’t I pay that at the visit? Customer service lady is also extremely rude. Dr. Andres Gutierrez was no help either, didn’t make me feel like he cared about my health. Overall extremely disappointed with this place.
